Boy, they sure do like to give you yellow/green glow sticks in these packs! You're going to get a majority of those, if what we got is representative of the color variation typically included in these.The glowsticks themselves are nice enough, thin and easy to crack the inner tube to make the glow start up. They also glow on the brighter side of glow sticks that we've had.However, sometimes they break and leak., especially if you have a child who really wants to bend them into a circle as pictured on the cannister.Also, there are far, far, far too many dead sticks in the cannisters. Our first cannister had between 30 and 40 percent dead sticks. Maybe they were roughed up and broken during shipping? I don't know, but I do know the disappointed look a child gives you when you get get a glow stick to work because it's dead. Our second cannister seems to be fairing better in this regard, only a few broken ones so far, but I'm not holding my breath that our luck will hold up as we get deeper into the cannister (or as we get to the 3rd one).I probably wouldn't buy these again, nor recommend them, based on the lack of color variety and the tendency to encounter too many dead sticks. But they are great fun when they do work and the glow is pretty impressive on some of the colors, so I'll have to give it 2 stars as a rating.

I got these 300 and 300 of another brand because I wanted to decrease the chances of having a bad pack and optimize my chances of getting good glow sticks. The two on the LEFT/BOTTOM are THIS brand. I got an orange and a pink from each, they got snapped within seconds of each other and this is after shaking them. SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER glow! I'm not super pleased with the other brand, but especially mixed with these they'll be good enough. Ultimately, I'm going to try to use the ones from the band first and leave the other ones as fillers, if needed.

I decided that this year our Masonic lodge should open on Halloween and hand out candy, hot chocolate and coffee, as well as something for children with food allergies as part of the teal pumpkin project. These glow stick bracelets are perfect!First off, I have to say I am very impressed with the overall brightness level of these. In a dark room, it can illuminate enough to see where you are going, or to see text on a page. At this price (under $18 for 300 bracelets), I expected more of a glow-in-the-dark effect rather than actual illumination.You get these working the same way you would traditional glow sticks: Bend and crack them in order to activate the illumination.The description mentions that these last for hours, but I wanted a more precise measurement. I wasn't able to time exactly how long the illumination lasts before it dulls, but after 4 hours it was still going strong, I then went to bed, woke up 6 hours later, and there was still a faint glow. Now that doesn't mean that these only last 4 hours, or that they will last 10, but at this price I would happy with 4 hours of illumination, particularly because these are great to hand out on Halloween because it will make the children more visible to motorists. 4 hours of trick-or-treating is about the total hours for my area. I will update this review once I get a more precise measurement.

There are a lot of these, they were reasonably priced and they work. There are a lot of different fun colors too. The "end pieces" are in a separate bag within the canister, so if you open it up and they aren't there that means you can open the other side to find them. I found these to be pretty bright and vibrant. Lasts 8-10 hours.I will be giving these away for Halloween instead of candy. Not only is it cheaper than bunches of candy, I can't get fat from these when there are leftovers.

Neighborhood kids love these. I bought them for our block party. Kids use them in a bouncy house that was dark as the party is at night I have so many of these I gave away to adult neighbors too , to wear them as bracelets and necklaces. These are cheap if you buy 3 boxes together. They came in the tubes as shown in pictured. Also comes with a lot of connectors. Just basic tube connectors for bracelets and necklaces. I also purchased separately (in ebay) some ears so that kids can use these to assemble their own bunny ears.They last fairly long, overnight and I'm surprised in the morning they still glow. Good for what we intended for.

I use these to count how many kids come trick or treating at our house. We do the yard up big and set up big displays in the driveway and are always a favorite house to visit. I put a glow stick bracelet on each child as they come through and count the leftovers after we clean up to know how many little goblins visited. We try to find the least expensive bracelets each year and typically need between 200-300. This pack of 300 was perfect and well priced. The unions that fasten the bracelet together fit well on these some that we have bought in the past didn't stay together well.

Most of the bracelets arrived in working order, but some had already been activated in transit. The pieces that hold them closed are too wide, and don't hold the ends of the glow bracelets. So I now have almost 300 glow sticks (that I won't use) since they won't work as bracelets.

I purchased these for Halloween, but also used on my pets when the power went out during a hurricane last month. It made finding them out in the yard much easier. They work well and provided a bright light for at least 5 hours. I woke up the next morning and they were still glowing around 50% of original brightness. I am pretty happy with these and would recommend the 300 ct pack so you never run out.
