Need to make even bigger bobbers!

I'm not happy with the product but I'm very happy with seller feedback/response and will try to buy other stuff from them since there are other things I bought that were rather good(bell/lights for fishing poles).I'm not happy with this product at all. The foam floats are OK but the plastic inserts which have the metal eye pieces that you insert the LINE into are extremely low quality. Infact on my first cast, the little metal piece in which the line goes slipped out of the plastic stem and the float along with the glowing stick floated away from shore.When i returned home, I actually took out the rest of the bobbers i had ordered and was able to pull out the small metal piece which is inserted into the bottom of the plastic stem on the bottom side of the bobber effortlessly. i was even able to pull out the plastic stem under the bobber.I ended up disassembling ALL the bobbers, using gorilla glue on ALL of the metal inserts and pushing them back into the plastic stem. Additionally I took out each of the plastic stems, putting gorilla glue on those and shoving them back inside the bottom of the bobber.Seriously, before you cast, hook up these bobbers to your line, go in your backyard and cast it a couple of times.I'm contacting the seller to see what his response is.

I wanted slip bobbers and what I got are not. From the picture it is uncertain. I reviewed the questions and answers, the first asked how the bobber was rigged. The reply mentioned the bobber was a slip rig that used a stop knot on the line to set the depth. The product I got had an eye in the bottom that could be rigged in such a way, but it was not the kind I was thinking of, where the line passes through the body of the bobber. It was not too difficult for me the make these work in such a manner by pulling the cotter pin out of the bottom, this revealed a hollow bottom tube for the line to exit from. The top tube is removable, and a hole passes through the bobber body and out the bottom tube. I only needed to make a small hole in the closed end of the top tube so I could pass the line through the entire bobber. I then tied some bobber stop knots to go on my line, as they are not included with the bobbers. If you dont know how to tie a stop knot, just google it, and you will find directions on how it is done.

30g float - Misleading title, NOT a Slip Bobber. Has a plastic eye on the bottom where you thread your line through, does NOT thread (or slip) through the bobber itself. Works just like your typical Slider float/bobber, but with the addition of the glowstick option. Works ok up to 1oz of weight and works decent in semi-strong current/ocean fishing. The glow stick last quite surprisingly long.Tips:-Do not double loop your line around the eye. It may break if you snag up or fight a big fish. Mines broke.-Instead, use a Bobber Stops to stop your bobber at the level you want it to stop at.-Press down hard on the glowstick tube and cap to prevent the glowstick & glowstick tube from flying off during a cast.- After it's been activated, store the glowstick in the dark, in ice or in a freezer (preferably) to prolong its glow.

Super light weight cannot throw at all if no weight is added thr glow stick don't work too and the one that does is glow is weak very dim.

I bought these as a gift for Father's Day, and he likes them alot when using at night and catfishing at the pondhouse. They are easy to see at night, glow really well, Make watching that line so much easier. They are easy to rig up, and are larger than I thought which helps him alot, cause hes gettin older and eye sight isnt what it use to be. They are very well priced and I also brought alot of refills of the glow sticks that you insert in these and they are very well priced as well. So you dont have to worry about having to spend lots of money to keep using these over and over. And the glow lasts a pretty good long time, so you shouldnt have to use more than 1 per cork per night. You cant go wrong with these if ya like night fishing. I really like these floats and will order them again in the future. They are easy to attach to the fishing line and to replace the glow sticks. My only issue would be a problem with the piece that holds the glow stick and inserts into the float itself. If you don't periodically check the insert to verify it is still firmly in place before casting your line again. If I forget and the piece has loosened, it has a tendency to come off and you'll lose the glow stick as well as the insert. Other than that, these are wonderful and very easy to use. I've caught several fish at night with these floats.

I live in a small town in the USA. So I go fishing 3 to 4 times during the summer but this time I went night fishing with my family it was fun but not that fun because I could not quite see the bobbers. So I thought HEY LETS GET ON AMAZON AND SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND! Well I found these and orderd them. It took 3 to 4 weeks to come in but only because it ships from China which i am completely ok with. Ok so have them they look great but how do you know if they work, well you go to the darkest room in your house and light one up THEY WORK and I can test them out. There just about the most nifty little things I have ever seen in my entire life so FIVE STARS FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would also recommend some refill packs for they don't come with much.

Glow stick didn't stay lit in a ice hole so save those for summer but the float works great and this size was unavailable in the area. Thanks to Amazon I whipped up a quick order for a birthday gift for a neighbor and it earned me a fish for dinner one day. Thanks Amazon!

Just love the bobbers but 2 of the light sticks do not work - I tried them all and 2 wont light - ( metal sticks which go into bobber heads )

Didn’t work, waste of money. Bought it for a fishing trip with my kids, hoping to watch movies at night. Did not work. It was so cheap, I decided to take a gamble…and lost

Not as advertised they are all the same size.

Not bad but the tubes fly off when casting and the holes where you tie your line on have sharp edges might cut your line from casting I think this would work for kids rod set up just not for me
