These were for my teenage sons. I appreciate the additional ingredients, not just a basic multi. It shows they have knowledge on gut health, not just trying to make money off of a generic product. I wouldn't say we had any noticeable changes in my son, but he didn't complain about anything either which was a plus. We were hoping to notice improved alertness and focus, but felt there was still overall benefits. They are typical sized vitamins and need to be swallowed whole to avoid the usual vitamin taste. We own multiple products from Codeage.

Tastes like grass according to my teen, but other than that easy to swallow and the amount of nutrients is great.
