worth the extra money
I've bought cheaper handheld printers before, and I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. This one feels so much smoother when printing, and the ink is way more reliable. For anything business-related, that consistency is everything.

Great Printer and Support
When I received the Bentsai printer to print, the whole process was perfect, but after printing about 80 times, there were some blank and white line in the printing. I tried to find a solution online and contacted after-sales customer service at the same time; They answered quickly, saying that wiping the ink nozzle with alcohol multiple times could solve the problem, and this did indeed solve the printing problem; I also learned that because ink cartridges dry easily, it is necessary to cover protective cap timely !!! I hope everyone use this printer is also aware of this to avoid any drop in print quality. Anyway, I'm really happy with both the printer and the support. It's great for printing on surfaces that a regular printer can't handle, and the quality is solid!

Perfect for Small-Batch Production
We run a lab on producing high-quality hand cream in small batches. This printer gun make great helpful for us. It's convenient for printing batch numbers and expiration dates right on our plastic bottle. Pleased with this printer and service.
I am incredibly pleased with this printer's performance and I was impressed by how quickly the issue was resolved. When I first received the printer, it printed poor and has blank and then I contact the customer service, they immediately response. Because the ink cartridge was just starting to be used and the nozzle was not completely wet, it was quickly resolved through the solution provided by customer service. The entire communicate process was smooth and helpful. I believe they are a good and professional company that produce high quality product. Five stars!

Worked fine for two days and stopped printing
the product works well when it works- the problem is the product is unreliable and support is shocking. Rather go with another product

Great Product & Support
It's a very handy item to have for small lot print jobs and for small print area surfaces. The item is easy to use with clear instructions. Print quality is very good as well. Its comes in a neat compact storage case. Should you every run into an issue, the customer support is excellent!

No Customer support when you have a problem
Our of the box this machine double prints images when used with a photo sensor. This issue is not addressed in any of the technical documents and when you call customer service they only will respond via e-mail in 24 hours. This cant work for a business if you don't want idle machinery for a full day

Works well, does what I need it to!
It does what I need it to, but I wish it was a little bit more user friendly. Like a simple app that I could type things on through my phone or computer. Would save a lot of time.

Er ist super praktisch, um Produktnummern, Logos und andere individuelle Kennzeichnungen zu drucken. Wir können die Nummern und Texte direkt am Drucker einstellen und anpassen. Einfach den Drucker über die Oberfläche ziehen, und er druckt genau das, was man eingerichtet hat. Er hilft uns enorm bei der Verpackung und Lieferung.
