Magic. Slapped on these bad boys for 2 months and knee pain was gone as I rested and rehabbed my knee (overuse and tight hamstrings). Knees are feeling MUCH better. I did wear them throughout the entire day just to add a little bit more support while resting and rehabbing knee. I loved the extra strap over the front for extra snug and secure fit. Played soccer/basketball with this on and never had to adjust it.

Could be better
The knee strap slips off because it is a slippery cloth like material with no grip. Also the velcro was constantly scratching my leg making it very uncomfortable when running.

Lightweight and works well, but I'd like it a lot better if there were 'belt loops' on either side of the pressure pad to keep the outer cinch belt centered on the pad. As is, the belt tends to slide off the pad during exercise (walking/running for me) and reduces the setup pressure. I've been able overcome this by laying the end of the Velcro strap so that it is half back on itself and half on the pad. But this is largely fortuitous for me - might not work with different sized knees.

AZsport Patella tendon support
I was really weary if this would work. I have elephant knees. Elephants have knees? EXACTLY. So they're big and my kneecap is the size of 1/2 a walnut shell. Every knee brace I've tried wouldn't come close to going around, or even past my calf. So this is made to at least go around my leg. Not bad! Made my knee feel "kept together" and not like it wad going to unravel if I took a step (like it did with nothing on it). My only issue is where it velcroes together. The end where the velcro is, is wider than the rest the band which can hurt because of you need it tighter there, they overlap onto a thinner section, so the crease of the back or side of your knee gets rubbed with the coarser, scratchy side of the velcro and after an hour or even longer, it rubs and rubs and starts to really hurt. Try to put something very thin between your skin and the support. But other than that, it worked really well.

If you use a patella strap these are the best. I play tennis 3 or 4 times a week and as a senior with occasional knee pain I do use patella strap. Throw away your other strap and get these. I have used them for a year, washed them numerous times and they are good as new and provide much better support than any of the other patella straps on the market. And they do not come lose! They are the best!!

Comfortable but ineffective
Comfortable and flexible from a fit/size perspective but the gel support pad did not do as good of a job at supporting and centering the knee cap as other brands that I've used in the past. The shape just isn't quite right. Might work for some but didn't for me.
