Updated review: the replacement box has both cartridges 63XL. They work fine and the price is far better than HP cartridges. I am delighted with this product. Original Review: I ordered the combo package of 63XL cartridges. In the box, I got a 63XL color cartridge and a 67 XL black cartridge. Naturally, the 67XL black cartridge doesn’t work in my printer. Amazon customer service is rushing me replacements (I love Amazon!).

The cartridges are fine and works even though they are not authentic to HP. It's worth the amount I paid for them. The printing is fine.

I decided to take a chance and use this ink in my HP printer because of the drastic price difference compared to name brand ink and because we are planning to eventually buy a new printer. Figured if using off brand ink caused any issues, than we will just go ahead and buy the new printer now. I was pleasantly surprised that this ink worked well and didn't cause any issues with the printer. Prior to trying this ink, I had strictly used HP brand ink, which is of course pricey. This ink is a great replacement for regular/non important use. The colors appear a bit off from the HP ink but isn't very noticeable, unless comparing two things printed with the different inks, side by side. This ink appears slightly dull compared to something printed with HP ink. We mostly print off things for kids and rarely have anything important to print off at home, so this is a great substitution and saves quite a bit of money. No issues with my HP printer and this ink so far. I didn't keep track of how much one cartridge printed but it was a decent amount and felt very similar to when I was buying HP cartridges, maybe even more.

This is my second review. The first one was not good as color cartridge was defective. I contacted Amazon for a return label and they sent me a replacement in 2 days. The cartridge was fine works great and way less than what I have been paying for ink. I will order this again.

update: Although my ink cartridge was a fail, customer service is really good. They reached out to me and offered a full refund. Color cartridge works fine, black one will not communicate with printer.

This printer ink is amazing. Professional print quality, no smudges or faded spots. The ink cartridges last a couple months with daily usage. I use this ink for my HP printer at work, and it’s very compatible. Easy to install as well. I recommend this ink to anyone who is looking to save a bit of money, for great quality ink!

update: Although my ink cartridge was a fail, customer service is a gem. They reached out to me as a follow up so I will be adjusting the stars. Still uncertain if I will try again, but I respect a company willing to fix an issue Not sure if I’d purchase again. Black ink still works fine, but my printer stopped reading the chip on the color ink mid print after about 2 months. I don’t print a lot, but this is the first time I’ve ever had this happen
