Instructions not clear. I had to google them lol but once I figured it out it was pretty good. Definitely restaurant quality!

I was seriously disappointed with this purchase. They were not packaged well or something because it was half a bag of crumbs. I tried to scopp some balls out to cook and when I did, the whole pot became one big blob of jelly and unusable. I didn't want to throw away all that boba so I tried to cook up a different batch. This time, I had to sift out the crumbs. and still I got a pot of too much jelly. Sad to waste my money

This boba not good... not chewy even I cook for long time... and easy to smashed for stored

only cooked them once. Might not have done it right. They were chewier and smaller than I know from the restaurant. But that's on me. In shipping, many broke were turned to powder. Possible improvement in packaging might fix that (so it doesn't bounce around as much)

Came in good packaging so no crumbs of tapioca. It tastes very authentic as well.
