I often like to have grains for a quick filling lunch and these make a great addition to add while boiling to infuse in some flavour (and they are surprisingly flavourful). At first glance they may appear expensive but they go a long way as they are packed with flavour (I find just half a teaspoon works for a single lunch serving) and the glass jars are useful to reuse afterwards.

I think they are great. I can no longer eat. So it's a life of soup and yoghurt. ( Very dull) I purchased some powdered soup , professional kitchen stuff. Added a sprinkle of these and it turned out fabulous. I've also added them to a very sloppy scrambled egg. I will definitely repurchase them.

A very versatile ingredient to keep in pantry, ready to be added to soups, casseroles, rice, noodles etc, thereby adding extra nutrition. So far I have used them to enhance my instant Itsu noodles pot along with some chicken. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty they are & made my quick pot into a nourishing meal with hardly any preparation or washing up! I dropped a star because I feel that they are overpriced, but isn't everything these days? Highly recommended 😆 (26/10/23)

It may look at first as if this little jar is a rip off, but a teaspoonful added to a cup or bowl of soup rehydrates wonderfully to add taste, substance and nutrition. The flakes are small, but they have their purposes where larger pieces would not be ideal (e.g. as an instant additiin to soup, or to sneak extra vegetables into a cottage pie). I have used similar products from other suppliers now not available, but honestly think these are better. You will be surprised how many servings you will get out of the jar as a little goes farther than you would think. Turn a thin soup at work into more of a meal with no effort, add to savoury muffins (after a quick rehydration), add to stews, there are lots of possibilities. Larger pieces are better for some kinds of dish, but these have their place, and I am now ordering them regularly.

Much smaller than I realised. Delivery discussing as always just dumped on the doorstep do t think I will order anything else from amazon.

This is great for mixing into sauces to add some depth of flavour in minutes. I find it a lot like using a stock cube, but without the bother of having to dissolve anything. It just contains 7 vegetables - no oils, no salts, no food lab inventions. It's wonderful.

Parfait, sans sel ou poivre pas d'exausteurs de goùt ni huile de palme,à réhydrater dans un peu d'eau chaude si on veut l'utiliser dans un plat une marinade ou faire un bouillon très rapidement,et plein d'autres usages. Super, je ne m'en passerais plus.

I recently tried the 7 Greek dried vegetables, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Each vegetable is beautifully dried to preserve its rich flavors and vibrant colors, making them a fantastic addition to my kitchen.

If you do soups or make stuffing for poultry this is a really good additive . I really like it -- you don't need to use a lot as it goes a long way - recommend this product .
