Good performance at a great price
I have a higher-cost, low-effort Swingline desk stapler in my office for primary use. This is for my wife's office and will see much less use. Compared to the up-model I have, this takes more effort, has a little less bang and does slightly fewer sheets. But it's a great stapler with very good performance for a third the cost of mine.

Good for stapling medium size documents up to 20 pages. Easy on the wrists. Dependable, I've had mine for years. Wish they had more colour options, though.

Really solid feeling stapler.

It's nothing to rave about, just does what it's supposed to. Very light weight, but strong, and staples a lot of pages. I wanted a stapler that tacks, and it does it just fine. There's no release button; you just pull up on the top part until it opens. And then it might not look as if it's going to tack, because the bottom part doesn't completely straighten out, but I guess it needs to come at the tacking from a tiny bit of an angle. Hope I explained that okay.
