The chaired arrived early. Full instructions provided. Much better quality than we expected. Very simple to assemble. Look fantastic in our conservatory. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Great value for money.

This arrived a good 4 days earlier than expected, down side was no instructions, so that was fun!Also the colour is meant to be cream, it is more of a caramel or tope colour, 'cream colour' it is NOT, not going to lie I am very disappointed about the colour.All put together with NO instructions, how could this be missed?! But I am not anyone to be put off by a little thing as missing instructions.I managed to do it in 2 freaking hours, definitely 2 people needed to put this together, as it would not have taken 2 freaking hours!So apart from the missing instructions and NOT cream colour and 2 flipping hours to do all by my self!This is a very nice recling chair and foot stool, I bought this as my hips are very bad, and this recling chair is great for relaxing in, the foot stool is great for poutting my feet on and going off to sleep for a few hours, especially since it to me 2 freaking hours to put the ruddy thing together by my self with NO instructions. (did I mention that, ha)My 2 grandchildren also like to sit on it, getting them off it is a different matter, as they also find the recliner and foot stool very comfortable.

A bit clunky reclining whe first assembled but has smoothed out with use .straight forward assembly. Every body finds it comfy, cannot complain at this price point

I was looking for something a bit different, and this chair set ticked the boxes.When I received the box, I took my time in assembling the chair which took me approximately an hour.It looks great. The wooden frame with its curved appearance is a nice touch, and it arrived without scratches or dents. The overall chair is comfortable, and its tilt-back feature is great for naps (feet up on the footstool). The material used for the chair is okay, and for me is the only weakness as I'm not sure of its durability (time will tell). It feels slightly cheap.To the seller: please consider offering this chair in a genuine leather or better quality faux leather as I know customers would like that option (even if it's more expensive).I recommend this product.

I have been looking for a chair like this for years to read and play music.Went for this one it is easy to assemble takes only minutes to complete and is so comfortable and it came. Two days earlier many thanks.

A smart-looking chair and pretty comfortable too, but more detailed instructions would have been helpful. Maybe these points are obvious to people who regularly assemble furniture, but I thought I'd mention them in case you've bought the chair and are looking for some help.(1) When attaching the two pieces of the stool together, fasten the bracket to the base first, and then to the seat - this will help with lining everything up.(2) The seat and the back of the chair are held together with two bolts that have grooves in the ends. To keep the bolts in place, you're supplied with two funny-looking clips. These slide down over the bolts, via the slot at the bottom of each slip.

This chair arrived on time, the instructions however were a bit confusing, the arm rests need to be installed with the skirt plates between the side frame and seat (not on the outside)…. this mistake in assembly caused frustration and unnecessary pain…. once sorted it was realised that assembly was actually easier than initially experienced….. never listen to advice from a friend that got it wrong…😂
