They provide instructions on how to reduce the wrinkles. I don’t own an ironing board and have never ironed anything in my life but I did run it through the steam option in my dryer and it reduced the wrinkles but it still collapses on the bottom. It’s not as sturdy as I would have preferred. I feel like the image is a bit deceptive. It’s an okay product but I wouldn’t buy another.

If you are looking for something to look like pics on website when it arrives, you will be disappointed.Its an ok basket for holding my puppies toys, but isn't anything like described/pictured. I'm keeping it because I need something- its functional just not visually appealing. How it is delivered doesn't help it keep its shape. I thought it would be stiffer,stronger and round, but it is flimsy, floppy & oddly shaped.

Do yourself a favor and fill it with pillows and steam it! The pillows make it the shape you want it to be and then the steam loosens the fibers to fit THAT shape. The wind pic was before I steamed it with my cutie pie in it to show size.

I purchased two of these for our bedroom, one is full of dog toys and the other is for spare blankets. The baskets are very sturdy and stand on their own but unless they are full they won’t keep a circular shape/flop over at the sides. This works well for my use but I would keep that in mind if you’re looking for something more decorative than functional.

The sides are floppier than I wanted but It is a beautiful basket .

The only thing I dislike about this product is that it can have a tendency to be lopsided depending on what you put in it, and how. The material is very thick, so it won’t fall apart easily. It stretches so you can fit a few big sized blankets inside. And it’s sturdy enough to stay up and not fold over. It’s more of a cloth like material and not a straw material (which is what I originally thought it was going to resemble). Overall, I love it and it works perfectly for what I bought it for.

I bought this to use as a hamper, and so far it is working out great. It is very roomy, I had a huge quilt in it and still had plenty of room for a weeks worth of laundry. It seems well made and though I have only had it a couple months, it is holding up good, and I think it will last for years. I really like the Smokey gray color, and overall it looks really nice. Happy with this one !

Described as the seller it's really great basket i ever have. Surprised me the size. It's really big and you can use it as living room,bedroom or anywhere you want. Capacity is big enough for everything you want to store. It's easily take everywhere upstairs or downstairs and you can fold it when not in use. I haven't wash it yet, after i wash i will update if there has something happened. Over all i am pretty satisfied this basket. Definitely recommend it to all.
