Very sturdy and beautiful.
Love these glasses. Bought the 16 oz ones because we all drink so much. Uh water. But apparently people like them for wine too.

Recommend w/young kids
Glad to make the switch to these, coming from Someone with two young (3 & 6) kids. Despite them falling at the same rate as previous glasses, we’ve broken far fewer.

Breakage
The glasses were stacked and I pulled off the top one and it shattered into a million pieces.

2nd purchase
Great glasses, we bought a set at Sur La Table, a few years back, as our kids left sippy cups behind we needed more, so added to our collection. I have dropped in the sink, and haven't broken, very durable.

Take the hype with a grain of salt
It could be I am just getting old, but I have had a lot of different glasses over the years and knowing that this could likely be the last time we purchased drinking glasses, I spent a considerable amount of time researching drinking glasses before buying these. I wanted glasses that nested to take up less space in cabinets, feel good in your hand, dishwasher safe with no special care required, had a capacity similar to our current glasses, and were sturdy enough to hold up for years without breaking. Multiple sites had rave reviews and ranked these (or the 12 oz version) as the top recommendation and as the luxury step up from their bargain pick. As I didn’t see a ton of other options out there and the price was reasonable, I picked up these. I saw these listed as different capacities - 16 oz, 16.75 oz, 17 oz and something like 17.34 oz. From what I can tell, they are all the same and the style is only offered in three sizes - roughly 8, 12, and 16 oz. I saw colors available but this size it was only clear or gray. They do feel sturdy, slightly heavier on the bottom, so you don’t feel like it’s going to tip over easily yet lighter than my current glasses which feel like they are thick and heavy all the way through. The glass is thinner near the top, but doesn’t feel like it’s thin enough that I’m worried it will break or chip easily. I like the angular design of the bottom, feels a little strange in my hand, almost like it’s just slightly too big for my women’s medium hand (7” around measured for gloves) but it’s only a momentary thought when I first pick up a full glass. I do like them better than my slightly smaller diameter at the bottom smooth glasses. The top of these are smooth and no issues with teeth, hitting the rim or spilling if you drink too fast. Stacking was probably the most important feature I was looking for. I went back and looked at the product images and these appear accurate, but I know from all the research that I saw these on other sites with them stacking up to the smooth part around the top which is not correct. You can see in the product images that the bottom part does slightly bow out which keeps them from fully nesting. Maybe that is on purpose, because glasses can stick together and break and what I was looking for just doesn’t exist? 2 stacked together is just slightly lower than my current glasses, but it’s just enough to be able to get 3 of these stacked and still fit in my cabinet (original to the kitchen that was built sometime before 1945 as an addition to the 1880s brick house). So not what I was expecting but probably my fault for not looking closely enough - and still better than many others I’ve had. I was disappointed to find flaws in some of the glasses after removing them from the dishwasher the first time. I did not inspect closely when we first unpacked them so I can’t say if they came that way or if it happened in the dishwasher, but one of them has some rippling near the bottom that I can only slightly feel so my guess is it’s within the glass. Another I just noticed what looks like a cloudy spot etched on the rim but nothing comes off when scrubbing. We have a higher end Fisher & Paykel dishwasher (2 drawers) that actually is terrible at cleaning so we rinse dishes before loading so there isn’t much by way of food bits tossed around. Plus these are supposed to be dishwasher safe. We care more about function and value than looks so it won’t make us return, but disappointing when most of the “independent” review sites bill these as the higher end or even luxury option to a similar but less expensive brand. Overall these are decent sturdy drinking glasses/tumblers that stack for storage reasonably well but have visible flaws. Having come across so many that don’t nest at all, it’s insane to me that this might actually be one of the better options out there. I’m satisfied enough with these that I won’t return, but wouldn’t hesitant to buy a better option should I come across one in the future.

love these - feel great in your hand, and look great. They are nice & heavy
love these glasses. Great for every day use and look good at a set table too. They feel great in your hand, and are heavy. I love this because you can't knock them over easily (with 3 boys that is a HUGE win). Love them.

Best Glass tumblers
Ithis is my second order. I needed more. They have bounced off my tile kitchen floor. Sure a couple have broke but they are very durable. Highly recommend. They’ll be the last set of tumblers you ever need to buy.

These are not 16 oz.
These only hold 13 oz to the brim and running over. They are called 16 oz. I returned because I wanted a bigger glass.
