This is totally worthless junk. We bought it for our toddler’s bed, she is almost potty trained but we wanted to have a cover just in case she had an accident. Well, last night this cover was put to the test and it FAILED big time. I feel stupid for trusting that this product would protect her brand new and expensive mattress. I should have tested it with water, but I thought that the product would work as advertised. I’m 99% sure that these good reviews are fake, because this mattress cover sucks. One star gives it way too much credit.

Great 💯 % don’t over guess it. I have a potty training kiddo on this and no worries with this cover.

I was skeptical about getting this, but it ended up being a good one! We had house guests and their infant spit up some medicine on the bed. It was bright purple in color. I was worried it would go through the cover onto the mattress and void the warranty of our brand new mattress. However this protected it even after it was left on there for a while (we didn’t know or we would’ve washed everything in the middle of their stay). Super impressed with it and it doesn’t have a plasticy feel to it.

I've been using this mattress protector since more than a year now everyday with my potty trained 4-year-old. It has protected his twin mattress very well with a few nightly accidents. I have washed it with cold water on gentle cycle with mild detergent and dried it on a ultra low or low setting with other clothes. It has held up well. The waterproof layer beneath may have started to crack slightly on the edges or where it is used very frequently maybe in the middle. So eventually I will have to change it but not now. I may still be able to get a few more months out of it before it completely gives up I think. I will definitely purchase it again

Shortly after I put this on my bed, unfortunately my cat vomited allllllll over my bed! Luckily I had this protective cover on because my sheets were soaked all the way through, but this protector/cover was true to its description and it didn’t let any of the moisture or staining go through to my actual mattress. I threw it in the washer and dryer following the directions on the tag, and it came out good as new and still soft and comfy. Definitely recommend!!!!!

Update June 21, 2020:We had our first accident, in the middle of the night. We were dead tired, so we just changed the pj’s and brought him to our bed to sleep and worried about it the next day. The mattress was bone dry! The mattress protector did it’s job amazingly! I’d highly recommend this mattress protector. It’s working for us so far! Changing from four to five stars.Original May 24, 2020:I got this a few days ago. Put it in the wash and it looked like the waterproof-ness seems to hold well. The feel, initially, was very soft, and it held its softness after being washed. There was no noise coming from the protector, even after moving around on it. Haven’t “spilled” any liquids on it yet to check it’s effectiveness. I might do an experiment with a glass of water and see how it does. I’ll update if I do this.

This is definitely a more discrete (less noisey) mattress protector than others, but in our experience it didn’t protect the mattress completely. A little liquid got through the protector to the mattress pad and once got down to the mattress. I washed by itself in cold water and tumble dried low heat but it still began to become degraded. Just my experience.
