This is a high quality item that is well made and will last a lifetime. Both people I bought one for were deeply honored to receive it. The interior of the cross has only room for a VERY small amount of ash. The instructions recommend adding a little glue to the threads of the hook when it is screwed back into the cross after the remains are added. This was a good suggestion as it will help prevent the hook from accidently unscrewing itself over time.

I bought this as a gift for my daughters father to be able sto let him have part of her ashes. It arrived a little earlier than anticipated even with the customization but it was beautiful. The item is really ok. The only issue is the opening where you need to put the ash. It is really really small.

Hubby bought this so he could put his uncles ashes in it, didn't take much to fill, was less than I was expecting. Not overly large but big enough for him.
