Atlas Olive Oils SARL, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Imported from Morocco, 25.4 fl oz (Pack of 2) + FREE Premium Basil Leaves from Rhino Fine Foods, .71 oz

I recently read some health articles advocating the consumption of organic olive oil to help maintain a healthy heart and to increase the amount of antioxidants in one's diet. Apparently the olive oil with the highest concentration of antioxidants is grown in the harsh, arid environments in Morocco, not in the temperate, lush environments in the Mediterranean. There are a few players out there who try to market this while charging an exorbitant price anywhere from $30 to $50 per bottle. I came across Atlas Olive oils who sells organic olive oil grown in Morocco for just under $32 for two bottles (25.4 oz each). I conducted a quick taste test between Atlas olive oil and another locally sourced olive oil (from Northern California)...I had a tough time trying to consume one teaspoon of the locally sourced olive oil...I had to finish it with multiple sips. However, the Atlas olive oil was very smooth with a nice peppery finish...it was easy to take a teaspoon of this. I now use this olive oil when baking fresh, homemade bread with very good results. Luckily, both bottles arrived intact (no breakage or leakage). Although both bottles were well wrapped, I would have preferred a little more padding in the box to protect them - so I took a star off for that.

Beautifully bottled, would make a nice gift for someone. A welcome addition to my diet and health, and light and delicious for topping things off.My only suggestion is in the packaging ... mine arrive okay, but think only due to the careful handling of amazon delivery, because the two bottles were clanking together. Was very little cushion between them. And the bottles are heavy so they need extra insulation... maybe a cardboard wrap instead of a single layer of bubble wrap.

The package arrived on schedule. The packaging was excellent, bubble wrapped and zero issues! The taste and quality of this olive oil are very similar to Dr Gundry's. The flavor is a tad milder and is excellent. I have been taking 2 tablespoons in the AM & PM. I have already recommended this product to colleagues and family. Outstanding quality, taste, freshness and overall flavor!

I recently learned A LOT about olive oil you want to look for when purchasing:1) Certified Organic - no thank you pesticides2) Extra Virgin - Cold Pressed3) Grown in dessert climate because the limited supply of resources force the olive trees to go into “survival mode.” They produce extra polyphenols to protect themselves. The whole reason olive oil is even "good for you" is because it is rich in polyphenols.4) Has a bottled date listed - Olive oil is only good after 3 years from bottle date5) In a dark glass container so that it doesn't oxidize6) Harvested from a single source farm so you know what olives are being used. A lot of olive oils use olives harvested from multiple farms so you don't really know how good the quality is and if they are using other oil "fillers" like palm or canola.A good olive oil is expensive so when you consider what I mention above, this stuff is a great price and checks all the boxes! The best part is that they provide a slow-pouring spout so that you don't dump out half the bottle in one pour like I tend to do with most oils. Will definitely be purchasing this oil from here on out.

Use it for dipping and salad dressing, and cooking.Have been using it for years.

Good Moroccan EVOO. Best antioxidants of any oil worldwide. Great value. Minus one star b/c bottle production added a foil which I could not remove with pliers! Had to saw it off, ruining cap and pour spout. Havent tried the other of two to find out if it was a one-off issue on the line, but I dont see perforations in the other cap/foil either. Transferred a pour stopper into the bottle (which is a good, dark bottle appropriate for shaded countertop storage) and of course it tastes great.

This was my third purchase of Atlas Olive Oils. The first time I made the purchase for myself. My daughter tried it, took some home and loved it even more so I purchased it for her as a Christmas present. She and I are health food enthusiasts so we always try to buy the best, tastiest and healthiest products for our bodies. So, the last purchase was for me again. I was ecstatic about the two bottles in the order. Atlas Olive oil is the best virgin oil in my opinion. It's mild-not too thick and mixes well with hot or cold dishes. I especially liked it for grilling my veggies in the microwave and making my own salad dressing. I definitely will continue purchasing this product. As a note, it arrived in perfect condition and sooner that expected.

I ordered a set of two bottles. The oil has a good flavor, will use it on a regular basis. That said I will not be ordering it again due to lack of customer service.The problem is one of the bottles was broken, shattered on the the bottom, believe. I paid for two and can only use one bottle. It is a good Olive oil with good flavor. I feel I should be refunded for the bottle that was broken.
