The product arrived with loads of tape around it - two boxes taped together which made them very heavy to move.Underneath the tape some of the boxes were damaged and also some of the reams of paper.

2 out of 4 boxes were damaged and the inside packaging was ripped. Fortunately the paper was ok. (just)
