I'm foreign customer. so I took 2 week to get the overear 2001.I'm using overear2001 with smart phone(Glaxy S)for 3 weeks.I heard that white noise and distortion of sound.Especially the noise is much more serious when I listen to classical music.I tested with other devices (iPad2 and Macbook Pro) and I experienced same noise problem.I try to contact to FannyWang to ask about this noise problem.So, I sent e-mail to FannyWang CS Team. But They didn't answer my e-mail.I'm really disappointed to Customer service and quality of FannyWang.

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,After owning the old Bose on hear headphones for years I figured it was time for an upgrade. I dove right into the ocean of headphone reviews and a company called Fanny Wang peaked my interest. After research on youtube and watching various reviews I found these headphones recieved praise from numerous youtube users. I also checked out the Fanny Wang website, reviews on various headphone sites, and Amazon for extened research. I must say have a week of owning these headphones I am blown away. After listening ot the beats at Best Buy was not impressed. The bass was amazing but there is so much more to music than that. Not say that bass is bad but I rather not walk away with a headache after listening to my headphones. Here is my short stint on the Fanny Wangs 2001.Design is a 4/5. They are flashy but not too bold. I would say that these headphones make a fashion statement. These headphones are pretty big and will drawn some attention. I noticed that this morning when I was running (people looked at me with such curiosity). The only other down side is that the phone take two aaa batteries but the quality is well worth it. The are comfortable as well. They fit nice and not to sung around the hears. I did not get a headache after having my headphones on for four hours.Durablity is 5/5 because these bad boys can take some punishment. They are built to last.Sound 5/5 These are some of the best sounding headphones I've worn in a long time. I thought Bose was the best...boy was I wrong. The clarity on the mids, higs, and lows fits just right. I do enjoy the bass boost made because it gives my music the extra thump I'm wanting. The bass boost mode did not give me any headahces after prolonged listening. I listen to a lot of christian, jrock, hip hop, post-hardcore, jazz, rock, and metal. All of those types of music sounded wonderful with these headphones. These headphones sound great with a seven year old ipod classic! I was not disappointed :).That is all I got. These Wangs were over cooked and down right nasty! I must've got a defective pair because the sound quality was just horrible.

This headphones are very well made, very stylish and sound amazingly good.They feel very sturdy, the ear cushion is soft and are very comfortable around the ears.The sound depends on where you have the selector switch (this headphones require batteries to get the full experience), the off switch will produce sound but it sounds bad with music, i usually use it when i'm watching a youtube video that isn't related to music. It saves me battery life and sounds good enough for anything but music.When you set the switch to on, the sound is very clean and crisp, great for music that isn't focused on bass,The bass switch bumps up the bass, but doesn't overdo it, its some of the best bass i heard compared to other bass focused headphones,.The only problem i have with these headphones is the fact that it requires batteries, but some recharable batteries should be able to fix that problem.If you are looking for style with very good sound, this are exactly what you need to get, everyone is all crazy for Beats by Dre, but what you are mostly paying for is the brand name, these headphones cost less and sound better.

Bought a pair for my birthday after looking at literally every pair of headphones on the market.I got the pair and was excited to see how they sounded. I put them on and started to listen to them and the left speaker was already blown. So i returned them and ordered a second pair. Same exact thing happened with a completely different pair of headphones. The left speaker didnt make a noise other than it crackling on BOTH pairs of headphones!!!!!
