There was no size chart. So I assumed a 1X would be like a 16-18. I am about a 16 now, having trimmed down recently. But even though it 8s supposed to fit loosely, there is still way too much room.It might be more like a 22.I do like the quality of the shirt and especially that there are 2 buttons spaced closely together in the bust region, to prevent the old peek-a-boo from happening for the top heavy.

I love the way this shirt fits when I finally go the right size. I normally need a XXXL because I have extremely fat arms. I usually need to alter the body of a shirt. I am 5'4"" and weigh 213 lbs. I exchanged my original purchase for a size XXL. If my arms weren't so large I could have worn a XL.I now have this blouse in three colors. They are a staple in my wardrobe.

This is probably the perfect shirt. The white is pretty sheer so I wear a cami underneath. I also cuff the sleeves and it looks great. I'm in tech support so I wanted something professional and comfy. I'm 5'6" and 240 pounds and the 2XL fit perfect. It was not particularly long but I like long shirts so it's probably a normal length.

I love the shirt. It fit absolutely perfect, it's comfortable & breathable. I want it more colors.

Bought three of these shirts for my vacation. After looking for months for a princess-seamed blouse I found these and they are wonderful. The princess-seam in the front adds dimension to the body and makes a fuller bust and figure more pleasing. They resist wrinkling so taking them out of the suitcase and wearing them for a while, the wrinkles just fell out. The colors are vibrant and the fit is stylish. I felt pretty wearing these blouses and that hasn't happened in a long time.

I bought a few of these shirts in 2x. They fit fine and were perfect work shirts. I decided to order another one last spring and my order history clearly shows I ordered 2x. Instead of a 2x arriving I got a XXL, which I assumed would be the same. It is NOT. I never tried to wear that shirt until this weekend and it does not fit. The return window is closed. The shirt will have to be donated to charity. If you get the size you order you will likely be happy with this product but don't assume if it is labeled differently than what you ordered that it will fit. A 2x is NOT the same as an XXL. I found out the hard way and it cost me.

Well, I pretty much have every color now. As a larger woman, I appreciate that it does not look like the ridiculous caftan like shirts they try and pawn off on us. It looks crisp no matter how many washings. Ironing is sometimes optional if I catch it at the right moment out of the dryer.

Perfect work shirt and cleans easily! I have a large bust (46H) and the 3X fits very nicely. It even has an extra button at the bust to keep the shirt from gaping! I wish it was a bit longer, however. It's not quite as long as it looks on the model. Still an excellent purchase.

Since no one writes their actual size, I will to help you. This shirt is a 1X but fits more like a 3X. Beautiful shirt but runs very big. I am 5'10 and a size 18/20. Will be exchanging for a smaller size.

I have been buying this same shirt for many years - probably 10 or so. Usually, I buy they in store, but because of the pandemic here I am - on line. I have said that Lee should offer these shirts in pale colours for spring summer - light blue, pink, pale green, yellow, lilac and beige and some stripes - I have a pale blue and white striped shirt from a couple of years ago and I wear it all the time. For winter they should have darker colours - dark blue, hunter green and purple. Right now it's only white, black and red available in Size 1X. While a white shirt is nice, I feel like a server when I'm wearing black slacks and a white shirt. Hey Lee - more colours - please and thank you. For people ordering - buy your size - if you're XL, buy and XL, if you're small order a small - it will fit you. And the extra little button right at the bust line is perfection! What a great addition ... clearly designed by someone who understood what women are looking for ... no gaps!

This shirt is made of a good quality cotton mix and fits well. The only defect is that the sleeves and cuffs are a bit on the large size and it could also use two extra buttons so you can button it up all the way. It would be great if they made a long sleeve version instead of only the 3/4 sleeve as lots of people wear them to work.

Very pleasantly surprised by the fit and quality of this blouse. As a plus size woman, I am heavy chested and many tops are too short or too tight in my size. I read the reviews carefully and the majority of women were satisfied with their purchases. I ordered the size I currently wear and the blouse had a generous fit....not to big but a nice fit. The extra button right at the bust line, shows an understanding and consideration for the wearer.....definite brownie points from me. I have since order more and if I find more colours, I will order them too. Great job Lee....more styles welcome!

Very good quality, especially for the price. Fit is as expected. My only gripe is that the collar keeps creeping up on the neck. I have to keep pulling down on the shirt because it is annoying. This would not prevent me from getting a few more. Perfect for work.
