Hat brim will flip up while underway and goes right back into its original state when you slow down - even when wet. Always returns to original shape.The built in neck lanyard allows you to secure the hat behind your head, and will hold the hat secure at speeds of 35+ MPH. As an added plus, the lanyard has a clip for your shirt, should you choose to be clothed. ✌🏼👍🏼

This hat is not even the hat advertised. I ordered a Costa Del Mar hat and got one sold by "Quicksilver". I asked if the wraparound bill was stiff on this hat and was referred to another buyer claiming he had the hat on while moving at 50 mph in his boat and the bill stayed stiff and didn’t flap in the wind. The bill was limp as can be. I have a Columbia hat just like it and the bill won’t stand up against the wind, but the bill on this hat won’t stand up if I walk in front of the HVAC register in my house.I should have known not to believe some of these ridiculous reviews.
