I purchased this back in April of 2022 and I love it! Temps are accurate construction is solid and performance was beyond what I would have expected. About a few weeks ago(August 2022) my jack blew. Thank goodness customer service was super helpful and attentive to my issue! I got another jack sent to me without having to jump through hoops. I highly recommend dulytek and I plan on purchasing confidently from the in the near future. If you want a fantastic consistent preforming press look no further! i saw one out of 5 reviews stating its refurbished and thought they just got bad luck or something. well if thats the casee, i got bad luck too. the jack wont release by turning the knob left, the knob would just screw all the way off. i had to grib the bolt with vice grips in order to release the plates... every time. sorry im not paying $900 for a halfway working item. the most annoying part is this thing is HEAVY, and carrying it up one step at a time isnt fun. neither is getting it back into its original shipping crate. ill be ordering again and hoping for better quality control, because the item itself, if new like stated, is amazing

Yes this item is heavy , but once in place it stays put ,unit arrived in pristine condition very well packed ,functions flawless producing much more product then my other presses .This beast is awesome get one you won't be disappointed . happy pressing

I received my 20 ton press fast and on time. Very easy to use and super sturdy. Casing is solid steel. Very Good quality rosin press.

Having to press 3 or 4 times to get it all out but it works pretty good. Had it for 2 months and use it least every other day and everything seems to be working great.

Fairly certain that I was sold an open box or returned item. The handle for my jack is chipped and scratched where it has been inserted and removed during use, the plug screws were bent to heck, there are multiple dings and chips throughout the paint and the temperature insulation area is stained from prior use.
