12v Wet and Dry Car Vacuum Cleaner

Works as well as my Dustbuster, with the added benefit of not worrying about the battery dying half way through vacuuming. It plugs into the cigarette lighter jack for continuous use.Sucks up dirt and small rocks with ease, but please don't expect it to rival a 1 horsepower house vacuum or 2+hp shopvac!Seems well made of thick plastic and is easy to dump.I think it is a great value.

The vacuum i received looked used and was scratched. Definitely was NOT new. Its effectively powerless and does not suck half of what was promised.The extension does not fit properly and the brush head comes off in a jiffy. It has a long chord that can go as far as the trunk however I am always afraid, it could snap with even the slightest pull.Does not work well on carpets if there are slightly large pieces of paper / food / leaves. If you are really in a hurry, buy use and throw. Else please buy something with more power. 12V is ridiculous.

I was hoping to find a powerful hand vacuum cleaner, and this one is not bad. It was smaller than I expected and the amount of suction diminishes rather rapidly because the filter becomes clogged easily. The filter's surface area is small, so one needs to empty and remove the debris (in my opinion) too often. It doesn't have a battery, so it doesn't work without being plugged into your cigarette lighter outlet. The cord is long enough to reach pretty much all areas of my car (station wagon), so that is nice. There is only one attachment, and it has bristles for brushing surfaces. The brush should have been left out because it diminishes its usefulness concerning getting in small spaces and sucking out the hard-to-reach junk/dirt/debris.For the money it is okay.

First of all the vacuum cleaner I received does not match picture on Amazon. It is made from a very cheap plastic, and can easily be scratched which is inevitable when you vacuum the car. The suction is ok for leaves and light dirt, however it won't vacuum even the smallest stone. I don't expect it to last for a long time, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I was skeptical about ordering this item especially given how inexpensive it was, but I am happy with it. It is not very powerful, but it is effective enough to give the inside of the car a good initial cleaning or keep tidy between professional detailing. The attachment does get into tight spaces, but it is a bit flimsy and falls off easily. On my second use, I broke off a tiny piece from the vacuum where the attachment fits, for I was holding the attachment so it would not fall off while I vacuumed and it snapped back and broke off a tiny piece. I will still recommend this product, for it is very handy for wet or dry cleanup; and you do get your value for the money you spend.

I love this little vacuum! Beats paying $1.50 for the public vacuums for how ever many minutes it gives you. Does a great job, from little jobs to cleaning the whole car, AND you can take your time and not feel rushed!

I purchased this vacuum cleaner in July. Here it is September and "in the trash" it goes............It comes in two pieces: the motor housing/handle and the collector cup/filter assembly. The two are held together by a fixed plastic tab on the bottom and a movable latch at the top. The bottom serves as a pivot and alignment point, it's kind of a tab and slot affair. That's what broke, the plastic slot.So the two halves won't stay together rendering it useless. Poor design here, although it had plenty of pick-up power and all that. Until it broke, I was completely satisfied with it. I'd say I used it maybe 10 or 12 times.This is a personal first for me; the first of dozens of purchases made on Amazon (and it's retailers) that I'm totally unhappy with. I read all the comments prior to my purchase and no one mentioned this problem, but I swear I didn't abuse it or anything..........I simply used it as intended!! Boo, hiss, thumbs down, I'm bumming! Don'y buy this.

I thought this would be a little larger. It works well at cleaning up crumbs, but not so much my dog's fur. I'll keep it.
