Wife and I love this grill we bought for the new electric rang. Cooks good and what loves how well it grills her veggies. I use for breakfast cooking and haven't had a problem using it. It is heavy but well built. Would buy another if I need a second one and recommend to any one who is looking for a griddle.

I have not used this yet but it put a huge smile on my face. Solid, Large surface area for my cooking needs. Silicone protection mits nice. Dual sided for multiple options. I seriously look forward to using and know it will add to the appropriate cooking situations. 🙂

Great product. Heavy to hold. Takes up 2 burners on the stove. No so great on a glass stovetop because it sits above the burner and doesn't make contact directly. Eventually, the grill will heat up. NutriChef provides silicone pot holders but they do not seem thick enough to withstand the heat. They're great to use on cookie sheet trays or any other hot item that is lightweight.

Great tray, worked excellent on the grill for bacon and eggs. No seasoning was required, just heat and cook. Great price, great functionality, worked well.

This is my everyday work horse. I get so much more use out of this than I ever thought I would. It took a little while to get a decent seasoning on it, but now that it is well-seasoned, it is my go-to for cooking breakfast in the morning. I can cook my eggs, bacon, and heat up my bagel all on this one griddle. Therefore, only one item to wash. I do feel like the "bottom" side, which for me is the grated side, is getting a bit messed up from the direct fire of my gas stove. But for me, it's not a super big deal because I just about exclusively use the flat side. I sometimes wish that the ledges on the sides were a bit taller to contain grease or juices, but that is a minor complaint. I would buy this thing over and over again; the good thing is that you don't need to!

Griddle is sturdy and solid. Instructions for seasoning were easy to understand and follow. Cooking eggs this past weekend went smoothly. Following the recommendations to preheat and oil the griddle ensured the eggs did not stick. Look forward to using this often. UPDATE: After this first good experience, the second time we used it to try to make hash browns. Well into cooking we heard a loud pop and started to see the oil spreading on the cooktop under and around the griddle. The griddle just cracked. We contacted the OEM and, after 2 months finally received a replacement. The customer service was kind, although there was a language barrier for sure. The seasoning process was a novelty the first time - which eclipsed the fact that it wasted an entire day and filled the house with smoke from the oil. It was much more annoying the second time we had to do it. Today we tried to use the new one for the first time after seasoning it a couple weeks ago. While the griddle was preheating to make pancakes the new one cracked, worse than the first one. Cracks in cast iron are hard to see anyway, but especially in pictures. However, in the attached picture there is clearly an outline where the crack extends from the corner by the handle. The OEM refused to refund us the first time. I'm not interested in another replacement. It's past the Amazon refund period, but it's worth a try.

Solid cast iron and good size. Heats quickly and evenly. Exactly what it should be.

This product works well as a "flat-top" on my barbecue grill. I seasoned it as instructed, and had very little problems with the food sticking to it. It also works well on my induction burner, although the heat is not quite as evenly distributed. Also, it has a rough sand finish and can certainly sand any wooden or plastic implement down pretty quickly. I intend to sand the flat surface side to a much smoother finish. Also, the little silicon mitts that come with it are useless, and a bit dangerous (as noted in a review on ATK) but they do make a nice recipe holder if you use a stiff cardboard backing to keep recipes vertical and visible. Overall, I'm happy with this griddle.

Les plaques sont belles et ont l'air robuste. Mais le fait de devoir les "assaisonner" pour ne pas qu'elles rouilles est une vraie tanée a faire. Non seulement c'est long mais en plus bonjour l'odeur pendant que vous le faite. vraiment bof si vous cherchez un produit pas prise de tête.

great cast iron plate, used on bbq and on electric stove for my pancakes love it , can make many at the same time great for big family totally recommend

Just received the grill plate and it looks excellent. It's a bit rough, so a bit scary to put on my glass induction stove, but just have to handle it with care. Tried heating it up a bit and it heats up well, so all great. It comes with care instructions, which is excellent, especially for those who do not have a lot of experience with cast iron pans (like me). It also came with a card to encourage feedback and on the back it says to register on the website for 3 months extra warranty beyond the one year and a free gift (exclusions may apply). So I scan the QR: Page Not Found. I visit the website manually and click on Register "Page Not Found". Guess I'm excluded?

to say the least, this reverse grill should be loved by everyone! i swear i can't cook burgers, steaks, or chicken without using this magnificent grill. you can make three big smash burgers at the same time, 4 steaks, and 5 chicken breasts. this thing makes me excited to cook, easily my favorite kitchen tool and essential to my happiness in the kitchen.
