There is an excellent book title, "After Cancer Care," which outlines supplements and herbs that are important for boosting your immune system and getting you back to normal strength after cancer treatments such as radiation. I have been taking this supplement along two other Natura products, Cell Guardian and Botanical Treasures. The combination of these products along with other supplements that I take has made a difference.

I’ve been taking this mushroom blend since December to boost immunity, and I’m very happy with it. This product offers a unique mushroom blend (the standard chaga and turkey tail are there, but also a mushroom that was new to me, the poria medicinal fungus), all geared toward immune modulation and antioxidant activity. All of the Natura products I’ve tried have been great, and I’ll be sticking with them. In addition to efficacy, the capsules are a good size and easy to swallow.

Excellent for building immunity to bacteria and viruses. I take two in the morning and two in the evening. Haven’t gotten sick yet.
