Liked the way they keep on. And they are for strengthening my legs

I bought these to wear during my rebounder workouts to add more resistance which will hopefully build leg strength. I may use them for resistance band workouts too if they prove to be effective. They feel comfortable around the ankle and not too cumbersome. Time will tell for their longevity as I will use them daily but I have to say the Velcro straps are strong so my hands and fingers get a workout too trying to release them . Overall I’m happy with these and would recommend.

One month later and they are leaking the sand...useless, unless i want a house filled with sand. For the price definitely not worth it. I have used them couple times a week since i got them in October, no reason for the cloth to let the sand trough and yet here we are.

J'ai pris les poids d'un kilo et demi et ma foi ils sont de très bonne qualité excepté peut-être la sangle du scratch qui est dans une matière un peu fine si on s'en sert souvent je ne sais pas si ça peut durer des années...malgré tout très bon produit pour l'instant j'en suis entièrement satisfaite.

Ho acquistato le cavigliere PROIRON da 1 kg per il mio allenamento casalingo e devo dire che sono estremamente comode. Gli strap sono adeguati e si adattano bene alle caviglie, garantendo che i pesi si muovano poco durante l'uso.Le ho trovate perfette per vari tipi di esercizi, come passeggiate e ginnastica. La chiusura a strappo è pratica e sicura, permettendo di regolare facilmente la vestibilità.In conclusione, consiglio questo prodotto per chi cerca pesi caviglia/polso per migliorare il proprio allenamento

Buen producto. Parece de buena calidad, lo llevo utilizando un par de semanas y hasta ahora perfectos. De hecho, he comprado otros de mas peso para complementar el entrenamiento.
