The maker and the roller was broken I was able to fix the roller but the maker was broken not fixable.

Pretty easy to use. The dough wanted to stick a tad. There's a little trick you have learn to get them off easier. Be sure not to overfill them when folding. I used blueberry pie filling for these

Other items were hard to use

Everything came as expected. It's easy to use and the metal for the cutters is thin and pliable.

Not sure how sweetness applys? If talking about dough thickness worked great with homemade ravioli dough. Press firm to cut dough nice circles . Press and cutter cleaned up great. Lots of bells and whistles for money.

Expectations met

Made potstickers with press. The cutters are a bit small. Press worked well

we used this product to make partridge berry tars, then dumplings for egg drop soup

What I didn’t like is that the edge of them are very sharp. Like they were made cheap.
