I have previously had fantastic results from a collagen powder that I had to mix into a drink an hour before bed so as I was close to running out I thought I’d give these capsules a try hoping that my previous improvement would continue, I have to be honest and say that it has and by taking only 2 tablets a day as recommended, feel that both my skin, hair and nails have stayed at their improved level. The capsules come in a lovely shaped flat pot which easily slots into my bedside cabinet which is far better than the usual round pots that lots of supplements come in. I took the 2 tablets a day an hour before bed as this is when I have always taken my collagen. Whilst they are not tiny capsules, they are very soft and easy to swallow and there is no taste or aftertaste to them which is a plus. I particularly chose these as they not only contain Collagen, but they also have many other ingredients which seem like a great combination for skin hair and nails. I would recommend trying these capsules for yourself as with any product each individual person will have a different reaction, for me they are great and for that reason I have given them a 5 star rating and am happy to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality marine collagen tablet to try. Marine collagen is brilliant, brilliant, brilliant stuff. I was taking it for 3 days, and really did start to notice a bit of a difference with a sore knee. But then I also started to notice some really awful indigestion. Like, wake-you-up-in-the-night painful indigestion. I didn't think it was the collagen so I carried on for another couple of days, with the same indigestion issues. Lovely husband realised it could be that, so I stopped taking it, and within a day the indigestion was gone. Marine collagen is great for helping with the gut so I don't know if that indigestion was something sorting itself out, but it was too uncomfortable to live with so it wasn't worth the pain. There's also bovine collagen which may be less harsh, so it's always worth investigating. But collagen is incredible stuff so if you're looking into it, it comes highly, highly recommended.

This is a very comprehensive combination of ingredients aimed at supporting the hair, skin, nails and connective tissue. As someone with dry, ageing skin I am very excited to be giving this a try. The ingredients are well thought out and more comprehensive than most other, similar supplements. They come in the form of slightly larger than normal capsules which are easy to take with water.

Collagen tablets. These not only contain collagen but many other ingredients that are good for health and well being. At 400mg these are a nice dosage. These didn't give me any negative side effects at all. I personally use collagen to aid constipation as collagen goes to many places in the body. It also has an affect on my skin ! I recommend these thoroughly. I've been using collagen for years and these are equally as good as any other I've used.

With one packet you get 60 tablets so at the recommended dose this packet lasts one month. They are quite a high price but you get so many benefits with lots of different vitamins packed into each tablet. The tablets themselves are quite hard to swallow and i feel they get stuck in the throat, to help this feeling i reccomend taking them before or after food if possible. I have joint hypemobility syndrome and feel that the collagen tablets help to ease symptoms. I also find hair growth is a lot better with healthy looking skin and nails.

A mix of vitamins and minerals aimed at beauty enthusiasts but are essential for everyone, inc Vitmamins E and C. Good blend and tablets are easily swallowable at least for me. I would recommend.

A great blend of vitamins and minerals to help keep the body and mind in top working order. The container has labelling on the rear. Capsules are reasonably in size, washed them down easily enough with water. Took 2 day for maximum effect after food and will last a month. Found them easy on the digestive system, no adverse reactions. Great value for money for the diverse range of vitamins and minerals to boost the body's well-being
