This has to be the absolute best cheese powder out there - you can make almost "instant" kraft- style noodles & cheese anytime you want, and it tastes like the original .! I make sure to NEVER run out of this. * Also, it has NO weird ingredients, just cheese & salt. ((And maybe some citric acid; have to go read the label again).

Best tasting cheddar cheese powder out there. I have tried a LOT and always come back to this brand.It doesn’t clump in humidity and the value for me is excellent. I make cheddar popcorn with it and also cheddar cheese and bacon grits. The ingredients are simple and it has a lot of uses so it’s a very versatile option. Fresh cheddar is too gloopy for my needs. This is perfect.

This product is "good enough." It's on the bland side, but use enough and you will have your flavor. It's good to amp up the taste of cheese ramen, my intended use(I also add a touch of chicken ramen seasoning - yumm). I can see where it would come in handy for kitchen use, perhaps on popcorn or even trying to duplicate boxed mac-and-cheese in a pinch when the kids are clamoring for it and you have none in the pantry. I love the container it comes in.

Must-have for toddlers that love Mac and cheese, which was the original reason for purchasing.We love this powder and keep it on hand ALWAYS! Have not been disappointed with the orange or white powders!Favorite uses are a quick small batch of Mac and cheese with leftover noodles, paired with regular shredded cheese in cheesy cauliflower or traditional rice, popcorn, amping up cheese flavor of soups, and making quick sauces to drizzle over steamed veg or baked potatoes. The possibilities are really endless as long as you remember it’s in the cupboard!

product arrived with seal intact. Was smooth not clumpy. Used it with some popcorn and tasted so good only used a little and was so cheesy. I feal like it will last a long time.

This has been the best impulse purchase of my life. It's delicious and meets all my expectations. Huge shout out to the other reviews that said it tastes like Kraft Mac and cheese. The flavor is spot on.

Has good flavor. I bought this to put in a shaker so I can sprinkle it on popcorn. However, it clumps badly, and won't come through the shaker top. I'm sure it's probably fine for making a cheese sauce, but not good for shaking. That's unfortunate, because it's really good on popcorn.

This is a very good product. Use with noodles and milk for Mac and cheese or as a flavoring for popcorn. You can get creative in how you use this product. You can bring it camping or where you need a shelf stable alternative.
