Infanttech Award Winning Zooby 4.3" Video and Audio Baby Monitor (Dinosaur) - The Baby Monitor for Home, Cars and On The Go

I received a defective monitor in the mail. Needless to say I was very upset and contacted Infanttech immediately. I emailed them on a Saturday ( outside of normal business hours) and they responded Monday morning. They sent me a prepaid label to send back the defective monitor. I didn’t get to send it off until Tuesday evening, I had a working monitor Friday morning. So far the new monitor has lived up to my high expectation. I haven’t used it in the car yet, but I hand it above my newborn’s crib so I could do some cleaning. It worked perfectly, I could clearly see her moving and fusing while awake and I could see her belly moving up and down while she slept. This has eased my fear a lot. I give the product and Infanttech customers service 5 stars. I will update when I get a chance to use it in the car.

I was so excited for this product as it initially seemed like a great product for the money. I used it for a few car rides and it worked great. Then we started using two days ago when we moved my son into his own room. This monitor is a huge fail. In my little house it doesn't keep reception for more than an hour or two. With both units plugged in (so I know it's not a battery issue) it goes in and out of signal either with no sound or no video all night. The only way to get the picture back is to go into my sons room and turn off then back on the plush unit. As you can suspect, tiptoeing into an infants room while sleeping to turn off then back on the monitor multiple times a night is less than ideal. Last night I gave up around 3 Am when it cut out for the 3rd time and just ended up sleeping on the chair in his room. Hugely disapppinted in this product and I intend to contact infanttech for a full refund.

This has made driving so much safer for me. I don't have to keep looking back to make sure he's okay. Its also great that it's a toy because he stares straight at it. I also love that it's portable and I can hang it to see the baby if I need to leave the room. I purchased one as a gift for my friend's baby shower too. No issues like others said, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Although the product appears well made, it does not work properly. The camera / monitor will not stay connected for more than a few seconds. Resetting sometimes reconnects it for 30 seconds or so, then it disconnects again. Very frustrating. the worst part is that we bought this right after having newborn twins, and didn't get to test it right away, so now the return window is closed.

I bought this item based on reviews because my son has had 2 seizures in his car seat and I need a way to be able to monitor him. Since I have had it the camera has not stayed connected to the monitor for more than 15 mins. This is not effective for monitoring my son in the car. Very disappointed

Absolute garbage. My son is epileptic so I bought the monitor to watch for seizures in the car. I charged both the camera and the base for 24 hours. When I tried to use the device day (several times) it would stay on for 2 minutes and then automatically shut off saying, “no signal.” I couldn’t even make it out of my neighborhood with it working. Absolute garbage. Waste of money. Thanks for nothing, Infanttech.

I love this baby monitor. It works perfectly in the car and I love being able to see my baby. Everything works perfectly and I haven’t had any issues.

Price was excellent for the product. Works great. Clearer than expected. I bought it for the versatility. I use with my sons's crib, pack and play, and also in the car ok road trips. Glad I bought it.
