It has been a long search ... but I found it!
I feel I've been testing garlic/ginger products for some time (it isn't my job - I just needed a good one). This might be my third or fourth different type. And I've already bought it three times for friends. It is fantastic! It actually does the job it says it does (not like the weird one you roll over the garlic/ginger - don't bother!). It is quick, easy, effective, easy to wash and clean to use (it stores the gratings until you take off the cover). It even worked well for cheese. I LOVE this product! (On a side note - one delivery didn't show up - just an empty envelope. Amazon responded instantly and I had a replacement within 24 hours with zero quibble. Amazing service).

Is a good product but I don't know if is the handle that is too short, is not perfect to hold

Another amazing Joseph Joseph design!
As expected of any Joseph Joseph product, this grater is very well designed. It is built to last. Very sharp and light. Very good materials make it very durable. And the way it is designed it's very easy to wash so no cheese left on any hole or dent.

Excellent grater
Very good hand grater. It cleans well so far in the dishwasher. It is really useful having fine and coarse grating on one easy to use and store tool, as I find the grating boxes take up too much room. It also comes with a protective cover to protect fingers and the grater when not in use.

Good kitchen staple
Basic but super easy to use and to hold. Very easy to store as well compared to the square graters .

Good sturdy grater
Have only used it a couple of times so far, but Joseph Joseph equipment good quality and well designed, so should prove to be a good buy. The postage seemed expensive for a single small item.
