blinc Flawless Definition Eyebrow Pencil

I have used the blinc “tube” mascara for a couple years now and decided to branch out and try more products. I can’t say this is my new “to die for best ever eye pencil and I’m never going back!” However this is in my list of top 3 now. The color matched my dark brows really well and did not smear or melt after a long hot day in the sun. Love this!

I expected a better product. It doesnt go on smooth, hard to make an eyebrow. I dont want to spend so much money and flush it down the toilet. Milani is much better.

Color is great. Easy to use. I'm not sure it last all day. For the price you dont get much but I like the color so I will buy again.

While I love the Blinc liquid eyeliner and mascara, the eyebrow pencil comes right off if you smudge it with your hand or anything else that may come in contact with it. I was going to return it but it’s not refundable. I should have realized that when it was reduced so much. I do recommend the eyeliner and mascara, they are both great and come off with water. I gave very sensitive eyes and they don’t irritate my eyelids.
