Could be more sturdy in quality... Made in China extremely cheaply made

I was a professional furniture maker and bought the original over 20 years ago, it was a workhorse and got rebuilt a few times over the years, recently it got too loose to hold pressure properly, so I went on a journey looking for something better. I tried 2 or 3 different designs and they all fell short in a variety of ways, mostly just the same way all things fall short, aggregate quality. So I decided to just go back to what I had and ordered this, but was surprised to see it about 2/3 the size of the original, not a detractor so far, as it functions well and looks to be the same design as always. Recommended, just be aware it's like a junior version of the original Milton gun.

The little brass protrusion that the trigger presses down on broke on my harbor freight special blow gun, so I picked this up. Quality is night and day. Feels really good in the hand, threading is good, good weight to it, and that brass protrusion (sorry, don't know the name) is about twice as thick as on the harbor freight one. Should last a few decades or more.

Not American.. I have a couple of these that are 30-50 years old ( and still,working ) and I’m wanted to place a couple more in my shop. Theses work ok and blast ok..but the hinge pin is kinda sloppy and I’m afraid they will not hold up to production application. They do get dropped occasionally You can really feel the difference in weight also. Probably Pot metal , USA chromed brass But these are not expensive so ..well just not the same
