Weber Spirit S-315 Liquid Propane Gas Grill, Stainless Steel

I grill 4-5 days a week most of the year. Every couple of years I found myself having to replace rusted out and worn out grills. That made me think about upgrading to a grill that was initially more expensive but if it lasted longer and worked better in the long run it would be worth it. This grill is that grill! I just bought my second one. The first one lasted 7 years. This grill is great! It heats up fast, cooks evenly and reliably. The one draw back, and the reason I had to replace the other one is that the base is not stainless steel and the wheels rusted through and the door feel off. Still, nothing lasts forever and it served wonderfully for years, which is why I had no reservations about buying the same grill again - and was delighted at the improvements that they made. Better grill surface, new dials, and stainless interior cover (not sprayed black). It is the best grill I ever bought - twice!

Weber is our chosen, best BBQ for quality of cooking and ease of use. Tried others but came back to this one. Easy to put together. Works perfectly and with three burners, does not waste the gas that 4 burners does. Smaller size allows placement anywhere on the patio. Reaches 500 degrees easily to provide quality sear capability. Only negative was the base had a dent which was packaged and boxed. The base should have been changed before packaging but little bending and hardly noticeable so not a deal breaker. Over-all, great unit.

You find the quality in this grill when you assemble it. The steel is a thicker gage then the one it replaced. All the parts are of high quality; and for the first time putting anything together for me, no parts missing, and they all fit perfectly! The assembly as I said in my headline is easy, but time consuming. I put this one together by myself, 2 people would have made it a little easier and faster. In grilling my first steak on this grill, it came out a perfect medium rear. a first for me. I don't know if it was the grill or luck? I am going with the grill. I believe the warranty covers 5yrs on some parts and 10 yrs on others.

Smaller than I wanted but am limited in space. Very well built and easy to assembly. One big issue was the model design changed to only a 1/3 back panel. We live at the beach and the wind was often blowing out the flame. Originally Weber said they could not do anything but after 2nd inquiry they sent me another back panel that goes up 2/3 (and a free cover! Thank You) and this seems to do the job. Customer service was EXCELLENT and responsive. Also, grill parts are significantly better than other big box store brands. If we're spending the extra $ for Weber we expect this better quality. Only had one season and so far so good. Hope it lasts.

Nice, compact, has a lot of accessories and looks great! Food cooks evenly and the griddle accessory works great while keeping the grill section on for burgers and steaks. The Amazon crew built it in 40 minutes and explained everything to me. They were nice and polite. Would recommend having the Amazon crew build it on site. Hauling the old grill away is great too.

This is an easy-to-use grill that is a fraction of the cost of the high-end brands. I is a chore to assemble, but anyone with basic mechanical skill should have no problem. The grates are ceramic-coated cast iron and should be very durable. The "flavorizers" are stainless steel and likewise should last. I had steel flavorizers on a previous grill, and they rusted away in several years. All of the hardware is of good quality, and most is stainless to avoid rust. This grill should last for at least a decade with reasonable care.

I have owned 2 of these in the last thirty years. We grill year round and we use the grill two or three times a week. I order any part that burns out directly from the manufacturer and the price is always reasonable. This grill cooks with ease and has excellent even heat, no hot spots.

I got the grill delivered + set up, and I was provided a pamphlet by my Amazon installers to leave a review.
