Professional Electric Nail Drill 20000 RPM Efile Buffer Manicure Grinder Tools for Acrylic Nails with Nail Drill Bits Set and Sanding Bands (Grey)

Just got the 30000rpm pink drill last night. Used it to rebalance and prep for an infill. I use polygel and I am VERY happy with my purchase. There werent any instructions on what each bit is for but there was on Amazon not to mention as a beginner myself you should really watch some YT videos on how to use an efile 1st. I found YT videos by PRETTY BOSS and the nail hub that went into great detail and taught me A LOT. PRETTY BOSS even goes over the exact same bits that come with this drill. I tried uploading a video demonstrating how to insert a drill bit, using the drill to remove some lifting and told you how light, quiet and smooth the drill is but my video was to long. I'll post it to YT. My YT channel is DanielleKing. This is so far a great investment in a couple months I'll give an update. Oh and another great thing about purchasing this drill is if you give a review good or bad you get a free gift of nail goodies!!! How awesome is that?!?!

As a former customer service supervisor of almost 12 years in total, i have to say i am very pleasantly surprised and they will always br first to get my business. I will always recommend them , i felt heard and taken care of.I am also very pleased with the product. It's neatly packaged and when i turned it on its quiet and very smooth operating. It doesn't get hot fast like most others that cost more. It's been a great experience purchssing this product, sy first s little disappointing but they have more than made up for that. Hands down 5 stars.This is a beautifully packaged item but i could not use and i was very disappointed. Could not use this item. The drill bits that are neatly packaged with this drill are too big fot the tiny hole the bit go into

Super Late Update from 10/16***This company is incredibly. After my first impression and review the company immediately reached out to me and wanted to make it right. Not a lot of them care much these days. After a brief exchange or two in email about what resided, I was asked if I would like a full refund or new product to make things right. Honestly, I opted for a refund as my work schedule got a lot heavier and I wouldn’t have much free time to enjoy my new hobby (why I’m so late on updating my review, I’m so sorry!). To my surprise, I was refunded almost immediately and also sent a tracking number for a new product they went ahead and sent anyway because they really wanted my honest review on it. Kind of blew me away that companies such as this still exist and I hope they keep growing and thriving with hearts like that! The new one works perfectly, by the way! They have continued to check in with me via email to make sure I got to try it out and that I’m happy with it. Such great people. Will be ordering more from them very soon!!!!was so excited to receive this drill, as I am new to doing my own acrylics and filing by hand can be tedious and take a lot of time. At first glance, everything was perfect. But after further inspection, I have to say, I was disappointed. First, the plastic stand that connects to the motor that I assume is to hold the drill, was broken. I thought, “no big, it comes with another rubber stand” I pick the motor up and I hear something rattling around in there and that really can’t be a good thing. I was hesitant to turn it on, as I wasn’t sure if it was safe. The next day I decided to see what would happen. I turned the knob to the slowest setting. Seemed fine. That was until a burning smell began. I assume it was whatever was rattling inside. I hope to hear from the company sometime soon after I write them an email to see if I can get new one. I have a feeling I’ll be charged to return it, as my boyfriend threw the amazon box away the night before. Don’t turn it on if you hear rattling.

Nice drill. However, it turns off for no apparent reason, But it does turn back on after turning it off and turning it back on a couple times. And, you have to turn the power cord a little. Other than that, I think that’s the only problem that I’m having with it right now.

I just used it for the first time to remove gel polish from my toes. It made quick work of it!! I am a beginner so I'll keep practicing, but this thing works like the one they have at the salon, which is exactly what I wanted. I figured for less than $40 I'd give it a shot and I'm happy I did! I may even try to do my dog's nails with this, its WAY more powerful than his battery operated nail trimmer.

This nail drill works well considering the price! I like how you can control the speed of the drill. Really helpful especially for people who are just learning to use one.

This is a quality drill at low cost! I just started learning how to do my own nails at home and this product is super easy to use. I've had this drill for about a week now and have used it 5 times. The drill is powerful without being loud. I love the convenience of having the hand piece cradle and table stand, in addition to the nail drill bits collector. Also, the hand piece feels so durable since it's made of aluminum and not plastic like other drills in this price range. I also love how you are able to secure the nail drill bits in the hand piece with the twist lock chunk. All in all, this product was well worth the money and I am very satisfied!

I have been using this eFile for a few weeks now and it works perfectly fine even with my other bits from my other eFile. Handle is actually made of metal and feels very good quality when in action. RPM are super fast so I had to keep it low so I could file my own nails without cutting myself. So far, eFile is strong enough to file off my hard gels in seconds. I also like a lot the bits that came with is. My favorite is the oval one. It works perfectly for mu cuticles. I hope I do not encounter any issues in the future since I really like this product for the low price.
