If an umbrella stand could be art - it would be this one
Unfortunately this beautiful umbrella stand is too big to fit between my table legs however, I can tell you from seeing it with my own eyes now, it's high quality, heavy, reasonable priced and it will make any outdoor table setting look better.

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK
This is a low quality product. we had it on our patio for only a few weeks when the wind blew the umbrella and stand overWhen I went to stand it up, the column that the umbrella goes into was wobbling from the base. The cross brace inside the column, which is what you bolt the base into, had bent. Of course this happened just after the return window had expired and now i'm stuck with this piece of junk The entire column is made from cheap gauge steel which is why it bent so easily

Wide base, hefty
Some years ago, I had a standard sized umbrella base that did not support a closed umbrella well during a storm. To be more direct, the umbrella got bent and the glass table shattered. So, for the past several years, I've had a weighted sandbag slipped over the new base. The problem is, that can weigh up to 80 pounds and can very hard to move. Also, the fabric seemed to tear and fade a bit more with each year.I didn't want a repeat of the heavy sandbag, and accidentally stumbled across this. It is much wider and heavier (without being too heavy to easily move) than regular bases, and I think this will do the job just fine for my small patio table and umbrella. I'll update if there are any issues with this base after a year's use.

It ain't heavy, it's pleasantly serviceable!
This seems to be just what I needed to hold a patio umbrella in an outdoor table. The weight is significant, which is needed in moderate winds. The look is standard, no high marks for style, but it is solid and doesn't require sand to fill it. It should be handled with a little care, so as not to drop and break it. The price is very competitive with what I saw in local stores. I'm satisfied with the product and purchase.

Nice looking and sturdy
This stand is very sturdy and decorative - I really like the color and the pattern, which fits our patio furniture, which is a dark brown faux wicker, perfectly. I had looked for a while both online and in local stores for a good stand, and this turned out to be exactly what I wanted. We have used it all summer with a fairly large parasol. We do close the parasol when it rains or is windy, but it has never blown over and I doubt it will, with this heavy stand. Yes, it is heavy, but that is the whole point, and we do not move it around but keep it the one place where we want it, so the weight is not a problem to us. I also really like that I do not have to worry about it rusting.

Rusted and broke in 2 years
I guess you get what you pay for, it rusted and broke after 2 years. If you go for it, definitely apply rust-oleum or some other rust inhibitor before installing it.

It was packaged well and arrived in good shape except for an area where there is something ...
It is very heavy and has no problem holding our 11 foot rotating umbrella. It was packaged well and arrived in good shape except for an area where there is something white stuck in the finish (about 1" by 2"). This was obviously done in the factory so that's the reason for my giving it 4 stars rather than 5.

The stand is nice and heavy, BUT without a coupler it does not fit any umbrella. The coupler was said to be included !!!
