My cat is about 15 years old. She loves drinking running water from the sinks. I give her dry food, and sometimes she was vomiting probably because lack of hydration. That’s why I wanted to add something that’s not dry to her diet. She is also a very picky eater, she doesn’t like a lot of these soups and broths from the pet stores… She smells some of them, and then starts scratching the floor trying to cover the smell from alot of them. I bought a few packets of these from the supermarket and she goes crazy over them. I figured it would be better to buy larger quantities on Amazon rather than paying extra at the supermarket so it’s a good deal. You’re paying like $1 per packet which is better than the $2.something I was paying at the supermarket. My favorite thing about these is that she knows I give them to her in a bowl in the mornings, so she is already standing next to the bowl meowing at me when I wake up.

My picky cat loves this

As noted by Purina, we use Fancy Feast broths as a complement to other cat food, occasionally with other wet food, but more often with dry kibble. One of our cats is especially picky about what he'll eat, but both he and his sister *love* this product. It seems to have a nice mix of bits of fish, chicken, etc. with an oily broth that moistens and add flavor to their food. (BTW, it's great for sneaking medicine into their meals!) My only complaint is the packaging. Succulent bits of solid food *always* get caught in the folds at the bottom of the packets, and I need to "fish" them out with a butter knife.

A bit more oily than a similar product by same manufacturer, but the cat got to be a fan after all. Just took her a minute to adjust.

Cats liked it well enough, I just don't care for tearing or cutting off the top and trying to get it all out of the pouch

Excellent item. My cats love it!

I rated the scent and flavor as five stars. I relied on my cat's reaction to these things because I have never tasted it and it smells like seafood which is what I expected. My cat goes crazy over this when he sees me open the packet and put it in his bowl. He gobbles it right up. It is a little pricey and it is difficult to get everything solid out of the packet. Wil continue feeding this to my cat because he loves it so much and I think it helps keep him hydrated.

My cat loves pretty much anything fish flavored so I thought this would be a slamdunk. But after only two servings (over two days, not all at once) she completely lost interest.
