The cakes are fresh as they are in the store. Well within expiration date.

chocolate filled chocolate cupcakes?

These are not traditional cupcakes. The come exactly as pictured on the box. There is layer of cake; a layer of chocolate creme filling, another layer of cake and frosted with chocolate icing. These are actually my favorites.
