I'm assuming that the price reflects the quality
Since these are made from a company known for quality, and they claim to help keep down allergens in the air, I have to assume that they are worth the money and do their job.I forgot to change mine for almost a year, and yes it was full of dirt.This time I will try to remember to check it after 3 to 6 months.If money were no object, I would definitely buy anyone every 3 months, but money doesn't grow on trees, so I try to make them last.They do seem like a good quality product And I will continue to buy them at least every other time.

Great filters!
I bought these specific Filtrete filters because of their efficacy and value. They do a great job at filtering the air without overly obstructing airflow. I am using them for general home use. I think these are definitely the best purchase if you are looking for filters at this rating--they work great and aren't super expensive.I am confused at the "Bluetooth" capability. It seems like it is just some sort of timer. If you are not going to bother, you can take apart the Bluetooth part of it for a free button cell battery!

Filters without clogging a/c
I've settled on this particular filter after trying dozens of others. I'm allergic to dust, so it's important to filer as much as possible. A couple of others trapped the dust better, so much so it clogged airflow and my unit! So I used the recommended strength and my unit can make it over 6 weeks without breaking. The filter traps dust almost as well. Hope this helps 😃

Keeping the air clean
This is such a great filter, i highly recommend it. I cook often and before this filter the odors would linger a while but with this filter they disappear overnight. Because they are durable constructed they easily go into the slot in the unit.
