These did not seem like genuine iOadapts. The middle is open, leaving the back of the adhesive to collect grease and oil from your hand. The ones from iOmounts direct were fully enclosed and edges were not near as sharp. They served their purpose, but I'll be buying them directly from the iOmounts website in the future.

Unlike the original adapters and the one pictured, these are entirely circular. The increased surface areas means it adheres to the device or device case better and the additional metal provides a stronger magnetic attraction for the mount to hold.I would suggest taking a fine file or sandpaper to the edges, they can be sharp.
