A really fun read, with a few interesting maxims that really made me think. I enjoyed the section on mythological trinibago beasts. This is a very short book written in a conversational style, and I definitely would have read much more if it were longer.

Myths and Maxins
This is a refreshing book about the follies aged old sayings of Trinidad and Tobago and the rest of the Caribbean. Enjoyed reading it. Maybe there will be a movie in the makings in time for Halloween next year. The writer Joanne Leid captured much. Best of luck to her in the future.

Not thorough
More a compilation of lists than a book. Little to no analysis makes this book poor value for money. Would not recommended.
