Great for steaming Dim Sum items with baskets
This works out great if you use Asian steaming baskets with a regular pot. The ring can be used with various sizes of steaming baskets. The ring is well made.

Brilliant!!
Works really well! I placed 2 tiers of 12 inch bamboo steamers on the steamer ring adapter. Then placed all 3 on top my Staub casserole pot. Doesn’t sit very level on the Le creuset pots because of the pot handles position. But that’s ok coz I can used it with many other pots.
