The media could not be loaded.  Love this camera. Can be hard wired with Ethernet or set up through WiFi. Works with the MIPC app. It was so easy to set up, including the actual mounting and cable management. The power cables are a bit short to reach from outlet to ceiling but it’s a usb to micro usb, so that can easily be swapped out. I have surge protectors installed in the ceiling for LED lighting so it wasn’t an issue. It can record and save to your phone while you’re viewing. Or you can insert a micro sd for continuous recording. You can also purchase cloud storage through the MIPC app. The pricing seems fair but I have a micro sd. You can also connect it to a dvr recording box if you have one. There is limited info on the web about this camera but the app does a good job explaining settings. I would recommend this product to others. Love it.

We purchased a $600 baby monitor system about 6 yrs ago for our first baby. We tried over and over to connect to the cameras with our phones and evertime we got them working the next time you tried to bring them up there was an issue. They just sucked. This time we decided to go with these. We installed 3 of them and they are awesome for the price. Great picture great night vision. The only thing I can say is a little tough is talking through them. You hear part of what you say after you say it, probably lagging may be my internet. Moving the cams can be the same way. But set up one time on our phones and have not had an issue since. We have been able to connect from anywhere we have had service with out any issue. Definitely would recommend

When Imat work I miss my fur-babies. I always wonder what their doing. I decided to buy this camera so I could watch and talk to them. I love how the camera has motion, it moves when they move. I'm so happy with my purchase! I can see and talk to my fur kids anytime of the day.

I am totally recommending this camera! We just got it today, super easy to install like 5 min. The picture is great, motion detector is good, sound and alarm are so cool. The price is good for what you get. The only thing it doesn't have is treat dispenser so just buy the manual paw press one on Amazon and fill with treats and save yourself a bunch of money from the petcam that give you less features but some auto tiny treat dispenser. If this company ever adds a treat dispenser they will have the market share if they keep prices low.

This product is a huge disappointment!There is no way to turn it off you can only unplug it then have to reconnect it to the network if you don’t want it running 24/7. It’s not clear at all that in order to record the feed you need an additional subscription through them. I have an iCloud account with plenty of memory to store data, nope you have to buy their subscription at an additional monthly cost!The sound quality is so awful I’d never use it unless I wanted to terrify my pets! It’s worse than the cheapest child’s toy audio I’ve ever encountered.I wish I could just return it for a refund!Don’t waste your money!

Bought to use in our RV to watch my 2 Bernese Mtn dogs. Was able to hook up at our home with no problem, but not in the RV..even using the WiFi of the KOA and other RV Park. My 25 year old technical son was also unable to connect it. Therefore I returned it. Don’t need it at home because we have a dog door.

So far so good. It took a long time and many tries to get it configured. Despite entering my wifi password in properly every time, the device refused to acknowledge my 2.4Gz network (Specifically cannot use 5G). But now that it’s working it seems to be alright.Video and tracking and live feed is good. A bit disappointing that it required meTo buy their iCloud storage for recording- when my intent was not to record at all, just live feed.... $2.99 For one month of storage.... overall I’m content with the purchase so long as it continues to function and I can monitor myPet while away from home.

I did alot of research before buying this, I am so happy I got this. I'm not a tech savvy person this was so easy to connect. Picture is great even when it gets dark. So when my puppy starts acting up I can talk to her and get her to stop tearing up her bed. So happy with it a few months later
