Great sweet paprika seasoning
Good seasoning to keep around when you want a sweet paprika flavor. Use it in a lot of Mexican dishes and recipes. Also grill with it some

It's interesting
I usually use a Hungarian smoked paprika so I thought I'd give this one a try. I was initially surprised that it was much milder and sweeter than the Hungarian but I quickly decided that it was nonetheless very good and enjoyable. I tend to use it in dishes where I'm not looking for such a pronounced forwardness of paprika and it works perfectly. If you haven't tried this Spanish type yet, I'd recommend it highly to you. Actually, I'd recommend it whether you have or haven't. It's very nice.

Ordered sweet, received hot instead.
Despite getting the wrong type of paprika, I have used this on baked potatoes and hash browns and it adds a little pep, over regular paprika. If there is a problem with this product, it comes in the packaging. While perfectly suited for sale and initial storage, you need to have a spice bottle or something on hand, so the spices don't loose their freshness. I would definitely buy herbs and spices from this company again.
