Nice tea pot warmer.
Packaging can be improved with a top layer of form.the original item that I received had cracked, which might due to the packaging.Amazon and the seller replaced it quickly and easily.So far, the warmer works perfectly.

Product advertised as a teapot/coffee pot warmer. It comes with no instructions, a ceramic ring with no heat source. So I do not know how this product can be marketed as a warmer. Sent it right back:
