Installation was not simple, but after one hour the installation was fully completed.

Great product I recommend it for all…
It was a great experience that I installed it by my self, it took me an hour and half, but one problem I’m still trying to get a replacement built instead of the factory one for the passenger side in the middle of the running board but everything else is ok.

Does fit a 2019 Toyota Highlander
Great product just was upset one of the brackets came broken but for the price great quality was a bit of a pain to install but it’s doable. Waiting on customer service to write me back so I can’t upload pictures due to damage hardware but so far satisfied.

WHEN I INSTALLED IT LOOKED GOOD, BUT IT IS SO FRAGILE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STEP OR HIT IT WITH ANKLE AS I DID, ITS LIKE THIN FOIL TO BE HONEST, SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GE A GOOD QUALITY.

Doesn’t fit 2016 Highlander.
When looking at this it stated it would fit my vehicle. Price seemed nice and it was a wider step. Got the package and attempted to install. The instructions are poor. You can figure it out but just basic instruction with random pics with poor quality so your not even sure what your looking at. One of the brackets didn’t fit the factory hole spacing. The bolts used to secure the brackets were barely wide enough and would fall out of the hole. Once the brackets were installed realized the actual board was too large and wouldn’t fit in place. There was a large amount hanging off the brackets and wouldn’t allow for me to secure it to the brackets. The steps feel like cheap plastic with some aluminum to hold to the brackets. Before you buy try and look through reviews for your specific vehicle.

Looks good, don't feel good
The runners are flemsy...I mean they are plastic. After a few weeks of stepping on them they are starting to bend away from the truck. Look bad after a good rain as well. I just going to pay the money next time, once these fall off. The installed even said, they were crap and hard to install. Not a traditional method. You get what you pay for..so not a 2 star. It does the job for now.

Not easy for DIY, but it seems good so far
Outside the box inside the package it's said for Highlander 2015 while mine is 2017.Sent an email to customer hotline but it seems the email address isn't valid any more.I found a mechanic to get it installed, not easy job for DIY but so far it works fine (mostly for kids).Not sure about rust or damage during winter here in Canada..
