Reviews are frequently skewed by buyers who lack a caliper or any means of measuring or conceiving of millimeter size. And that's a shame. I have met with nothing but success in my purchases. They are very small. But they are exactly as pictured. They have a nice shine but you can’t tell from the picture. 3mm is small for me but they are very pretty.
