I got these because I remember using these as a kid I love these things.

First of all, only get this if your kids are old enough to understand that this should not be consumed by any means!!!Basically, the tubes contain a "very soft" putty like substance. You are to squeeze a tiny bead size of it, put it on one end of the straw (that comes with it), and blow from the other (clean) end of the straw to make the balloon. So please make sure your child knows to re-use the same (clean) end of the straw to blow into. Reversing sides can result in them accidentally ingesting whatever substance was left over from the previous use.Having said that - "This can be a lot of fun for the kids!!!" I remember having this when we were young. Me and my sisters used to have a lot of fun with it. I'm not sure what brand it was that we used, but it looked and smelt the same. It was however of much better quality.But with neither those nor these are you able to make large balloons. They are generally smaller than the size of a tennis ball. And as for the success rate - it's a hit or a miss. Sometimes you'll make a balloon in the first try. And sometimes it'll take several tries as a lot of them will get holes and pop. And once you've made the balloon, it doesn't even last long. It deflates almost immediately. Not to mention, it takes a good amount of strength to blow into the straw and make the balloon.The irony is that all of the frustration above is what makes this exciting for the kids. They keep trying and trying, and then finally they make one and get super excited!!! By the time they bring it over to show it to you, it has popped, and are back to trying again.If you haven't played with this as a kid, then you're probably going to think this is useless and a waste of money. I certainly would have thought that too if I didn't remember enjoying it so much as a kid. All I can say is that my girls love it!!!I just don't buy it that often because I find the smell toxic. It may not be toxic to smell if it is made for kids. But I just don't want to take any chances. So I let them have fun with it once in a while. Just not all the time.

The product is as expected. It is a fun “thing” that will provide an hour or so of entertainment blowing plastic bubbles/balloons.It sounds like some of the reviewers were expecting the bubbles/balloons should be more durable. The bubbles aren’t meant to last, and if your household is like mine, they will never last for more than five minutes - think about this as a less sticky bubble gum that shouldn’t be chewed and, once the bubble pops, you can’t re-use it.However, my kids, ages 8, 10, 12 (and I), enjoy making the bubbles/balloons and having contests to see who can make the biggest one.To rate the areas Amazon wants me to, the “thickness” is appropriate and the “ value for money” is good.I’m not quite sure what Sheerness is, but if it means does the product do what you think it should, then I would consider it “sheer.”I think I’m going to start using that word to describe things I do and see if I can get my kids to use it and start a “word-fad” at their schools. 😎

Brought be back to the old days

My Granddaughter loves making balloons in various shapes. Its like glass blowing without the heat.

I liked how easy it was to clean, the product it self was very affective and my little sister loves playing with the balloons that i blow. it was an overall good purchase.

Not worthy.. just 100 RS worth...Fully waste of money...Long time to reach us ....
