Synopsis:Hey I'm Alex. Welcome to my 'Yoga Made Simple - For a fitter healthier you - 4 workouts for Beginners & Improvers'.The program is divided in to four workouts that can be done in any order and at any time of day. We live in a really stressful world, but everyone has really opened up to how much mindfulness and meditation can help manage these stresses so I have included a 'Mindful Meditation' section that will calm you, relax your mind, and clear away some brain clutter.I have also added in a 'Yin Yoga' section. This form of practice is so good for building self-control and again, really encourages a calming of the mind and body. It also has so many proven health benefits: the deep stretch element of it is a must for us all, but at the same time it will equally encourage better body form and tone. To help develop your toning I have included a 'Yoga Tone' section which is very effective. Also included is an 'Energising Flow' workout which incorporates some of my favourite yoga movements to help invigorate you and strengthen your body and mind.Whatever level you are at, whether you're brand new to yoga, or you just want to focus on more self-care, this workout should contain everything you need.I hope you really enjoy your practice. In 2015 Alexandra went to India and trained at a renowned ashram gaining her yoga teaching qualifications. Since then Alexandra has taught in various ashrams and yoga centres around the world and has built up a great reputation as a wonderful teacher. Alex does it again!
I love Alex's yoga videos - they've completely changed my whole attitude to and form in yoga. I think this is probably the hardest DVD - Yin can be very intense and the Tone section is challenging. Again, if you're great at yoga these DVDs probably aren't for you. They're clearly aimed at and labelled for beginners and improvers. I certainly feel I've improved a lot. They're very relaxing as well. If you're a total beginner, I'd recommend starting with the first DVD or even the second one. Between all 3, I feel I have a variety of workouts I can choose from. I am definitely looking forward to the next one!

Brilliant start to 2020
This is my families New year treat and gentle start to a calmer relaxed 2020. Bit by bit, its lovely to fit in short bits in a busy day.I have started with the real relaxation first, I am building up to the energising and toning in January .This is so calm and peaceful and I know its building my strength. A really good purchase, definitely recommended.

Really helping me 😌
These yoga DVDs with Alexandra Legouix are really helping my stress levels and general fitness. This latest DVD which includes the Yin Yoga I find really helps me to relax and flow into the Energising section leaving my troubles behind followed by the Toning and Strong Posture which makes me feel great. Alex’s instruction is always so clear and easy to follow! I can’t recommend these DVDs enough!

Brilliant Yoga DVD - very effective
Superb Yoga DVD - broken down clearly into simple and very effective workouts. Some of the Yoga I’d not tried before like Yin which was fantastic. Would highly recommend .

Disappointed
Wanted dvd for my age 50 and for beginners has I have never done yoga before. After reading reviews i decided on this one but I have to say i wouldn't class this for beginners or my age it was too hard so i was disappointed

Great series
I now have all three DVDs in this series and love them. I really like the additional mindful meditation section. As always I find Alex's instruction easy to follow without having to crane my neck towards the TV. I highly recommend this DVD for those like me who prefer to go out for a run and compliment that with yoga at home.

A great DVD for lockdown
I thought it was a good idea to keep my yoga up during lockdown. I expected it would be a flash in the pan and I wouldn’t keep it up, however I surprised myself and now look forward to my sessions. Alex sets the right tone, she has smoothing voice and gives you confidence and encouragement whatever level you are.

Great for beginners and improvers
I have been doing yoga for 4 years now but I am recovering from a recent fractured pelvis and this has been great to ease me back into yoga. The moves are easy to follow and simple but very effective. The music and instruction is calming. I have also ordered another copy for my mum to hopefully get her into it too.
