DON'T BUY-Misleading description, Wrong shape, Too tight, Bunches @ bottom, Excess corner material
"Stretchable mesh" in the product description is misleading. The only part of this product that is stretchable is the elastic band at the bottom. The rest of the material is not stretchable. It "flexes" at most, but definitely not what I imagined when I read "stretchy mesh".When you stretch out the elastic band, the shape of the shade is a rectangle. So if your window has any slope to it, there will be excess shade material once you pull it over the window.I had to stretch the elastic band all the way out to get it over the back window of my 2015 Toyota Rav4. It was REALLY tight as I was pulling it down. Once I had it all the way on, there was excess material at the top corner of the window (b/c the window has a slope) and the material bunched at the bottom b/c I guess my window wasn't as tall as the shade. Can't speak to the "no residue" claim b/c I never used it since it looked so bad on my car.I could return it but there's a minimum $6 fee to return! Wish I hadn't wasted my money on this product.

Keeps out bugs, prying eyes, and airflow.
I bought these for an extended road trip, in which I have converted the back of my car into a bed and am sleeping on it most nights.I have mixed feelings. The good: They keep out light, prying eyes (great for when you're sleeping at a rest stop), and bugs. The bad: They also keep out a breeze unless it's a very powerful one.I would recommend these for such a trip in the fall or spring, but if you'll be in climates where the night temperature is over 77 degrees you'll be sweating your way through the night because there's zero airflow. These are working GREAT on cooler nights tho!

Didn't fit my vehicle's windows (Isuzu VehiCROSS)
In theory, these mesh shades should work well - if your car windows are the right size - unfortunately, mine weren't - they were too large (length - top-to-bottom of the window was fine) for this product. In fact, I doubt that these would fit most full-size truck or SUV windows (at least any front ones); rear windows might be ok as they tend to be shorter in length. The construction quality of the item is actually very nice; it seemed like it would have been very durable had it fit. It's too bad it didn't. So I am returning this item.

No longer have to be a window tinting expert....
We really like this product and in fact have bought 3 more sets. The only downfall is that there's xtra material where it doesn't pull tight on our Acadia and Equinox windows. Just some gathering that for us is not a big deal. For the cost it is a good product. No more trying to get the air bubbles out of tinted film. No suction cups that fall off at random times or kids pull off. We also like that you can still put the window down.

I love that it shades great and i still have the option to roll my windows down , only thing i dont like is i cant get it to.sit flat like the picture so it looks neat and like its a part of the window. It bunches up at the bottom and you can yell there is fabric over the window..but its cheap and fits my chevy cruize and dose what it was intended to do.

Not so universal
Product was as described minus the universalPart. I got it to sort of fit the windows but it’s a bit small for my car, leaving excess netting at the top I had to fold over before shutting the door.

Didn’t fit my Toyota Prius V
Quick service. Didn’t really fit the car I ordered them for, Toyota Prius V, but will fit another vehicle. Not very universal.

Works well even though not a perfect fit.
We used these for a drive from Ontario to the East Coast. Our daughter tends to get carsick on long drives so we thought this might help by cutting down on movement outside the window with the advantage of being able to open the windows at the same time. It worked well - although it was a bit difficult to fit. We had hoped to use them also for going to the drive-in movies, so we can open the windows without worrying about mosquitos, but we will have to get some magnets to hold the bottom close to the car - there is a bit of a gap at the bottom as it doesn't fit our windows perfectly. We have a Ford Fusion.
