So cute! Works for most utensils and most cooking vessels. Extra fat utensils are too heavy, but don’t need the holder anyway. One vessel has sides sloped too sharp to use the silicone holder, as the ingredients slide down the utensil instead of into the vessel. But it’s an odd specialty vessel that most people won’t even own. Would buy again.

I purchased this as part of birthday gifts for a friend who cooks. It's cute, quirky, useful and she likes it.

Gave to my partner for a stocking stuffer. He finally used this weekend and it was effective and adorable! Even held snugly onto a thick wooden spoon.

Love this! Added it to my cart the moment I saw it. Besides my son and I loving pigs and pig items, my fiance and son's last name is Bacon, so now I end up with way more cute pig themed things. It was incredibly inexpensive and is a very useful kitchen tool. It straddles the edge of the pot or bowl, then holds the utensil in its mouth. This keeps the counter clean and reduces the need for a spoon rest. I've seen many versions of this tool and this continues to be on the less pricey side, while being a more whimsical design.

The spoon rest has a tendency to fall over! Not very stable and fell into sauce pan one time! The base needs to be wider.

I bought this as part of an inside joke with my mother in law. She always declares she doesn't need gifts so when you ask her what she wants she'll tell you "Nothing". So we decided to start buying her chicken related products, as if she was a fan of chickens. Eventually she'll have enough of these items that other people will assume this is a theme she selected and start buying her chicken themed items too.I will say I was pleasantly surprised by this spoon holder. I admit since it was part of a lark, I wasn't really buying it for it's use. It does however work wonderfully, and the funny thing is she uses it all the time. It sits nicely on the pot while you cook and hold the spoon nicely freeing up your kitchen space, you no longer need a spoon rest on the counter. If you have large handled plastic/silicone spoons it may not be that useful, but for a nice old fashioned wooden spoon it's great.

The media could not be loaded.  One of my pet peeves is not having a place to lay my cooking spoon while I'm cooking! The spoon rests never seem to work because the spoon is always falling out of the "rest" and I'm not thrilled with putting an extra plate out just for a cooking spoon - just one more thing I have to wash later! Ugh!This is perfect! Anddd cute! I'm not a big fan of pigs, per se, but my choices were pretty limited - an ugly, industrial looking metal clip, a rooster or this pig. I chose the least ugly one. But now that I've used it several times, I'm becoming quite fond of my little piggy helper! Lol

These work great and were a good gift idea. It would be good if the packaging provided better detail on how to use this and if you could buy these individually. Who needs two spoon holders? And why and owl and a cat together? I sent the receivers of these gifts a print screen from the Amazon page to understand how to use them.

Kept the owl and gifted the cat. Huge hit in both homes. Great quality silicone. Sits easily and safely on edge of pot. Holds utensil well. Cleans easily. Would highly recommend. Saved the spoon from falling into the turkey gravy pan x 10. Waited 50 years too long to finally purchase this simple life changing item.

Es algo que tal vez no es necesario en la cocina, pero es muy simpático y sirve perfecto para evitar que se caliente la paleta al ponerla en la olla.
