Perfect bobbin for my machine
These are perfect in my 15 needle machine. My only complaint is that my machine doesnt alert when the bobbin is empty until after quite a few stitches. Other than that these are perfect!

very poor quality control - no customer service
I have used Fil-Tec bobbins for years and have enjoyed them. However, the box of bobbins I received in September are is just horrible. Every single bobbin I have used from this box shreds as it moves thru the bobbin case, creating a big fuzz ball in the bobbin case which causes the machine to stop stitching. Others have reported the same thing. I contacted the manufacturer via their website's "contact us" feature more than 10 days ago, explained the situation and provided my contact information so that they could respond. I have received no reply - not even an acknowledgment of my message. I will not purchase these again.
